Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

Hi! Yes so it’s a class offered at my school and there’s 4 levels. The teacher is Brazilian and it’s really nice because we analyze texts and write essays which has helped me improve my Portuguese grammar SO MUCH. I love it bc it’s as if I was taking a literature class in Brazil

OML. I get that you have uniforms so it makes sense that you want aesthetic stuff.. but for the love of god, school supplies aren't meant to be cute. NOTEBOOKS ARE NOTEBOOKS THEY ARE GOING TO "LOOK BASIC"??? Why are you taking AP classes? They aren't guaranteed to be accepted for college like Dual Credit are... on top of that, why make school harder than it needs to be? No one cares about AP classes unless you are trying to get into an ivy league college... Which you shouldn't be, because going to a community college at LEAST for the first year is soooo much cheaper when you have to take stupid gen eds. Also you do NOT need an iPad for notetaking in hs or college... There are so many benefits to using ACTUAL notes. And bringing it to school? How extra.
You do what works for you, and let her do what works for her. I agree that taking paper notes is beneficial for SOME PEOPLE, but some students who struggle with organization may benefit from taking online notes that they are less likely to lose. This content creator is allowed to be decorate her notebooks or be "extra" if it is beneficial to her. Furthermore, not all high schools offer Dual Credit courses, while many offer APs. There is no harm in taking AP courses (unless you are overworking yourself), especially if you have genuine interest in the course. Remember that high school education is about learning and pursuing interests just as much as it is about getting into college.

On top of that, the problem isn't having cute school supplies... The problem is the obsession with everything matching a certain aesthetic... No one seems to have their own personalities anymore and that is what I was talking about. No one has an interest in taking a shit ton of AP classes they just feed into the idea that you need a shit ton of Ap classes to get into college which is not the case at all. Ivy league or colleges like that, yes you will most likely but it isn't an instant accept for college.
