I'm really anxious today due to my exams coming up. I feel that I cannot write anything. I have a practical exam tomorrow and I keep messing up in executing them :(.So, That's why I was crying a bit. But then I listened to this playlist, and it helped to reduce my stress :). I hope I can score well tomorrow. Thanks for this wonderful playlist

To any fellow studiers out there, remember to drink water, eat, take breaks and rest! This doesn't seem like a peice of advice that is given a lot but you shouldn't ever try and force yourself to do your work if you're fatigued in some way. Even if it's resting your head for 5 minutes, or leaving for a few moments to get a snack and a drink of water, make sure you prioitize your body over your school work, it will overall improve your studying experience, and reduce your exhaustion while doing so, even if it's only by a little bit. Take care of yourself and good luck with your work

To everyone here, just wanted to say that, don't put yourself on a pedestal to be the perfect person. No matter what you're doing, be it work, homework, studies, etc., just remember how far you've come to be who you are right now. You've grown through difficulties and hardships. There is so much more you can offer to yourself and others. So reward yourself for the small things that you do and be your biggest fan.
