@Caroline Yates I have a big chocolate lab, he’s eaten a whole chocolate cake, box of chocolates ect.. a bit of chocolate won’t kill a dog, just depends on its size and weight most likely a chocolate chip waffle would not hurt the dog just give it a small tummy ache,

i am working on my morning routine these days, so i want to show you my progress :) (Not a big difference but for me it is) Summer break edition Old morning routine: Wake up, wash my face with water, (stay in my pjs), barely eat breakfast and start scrolling on instagram New morning routine: Wake up, wash my face and do skincare, (still stay in my pjs but i want to change that), do my workout (must everyday), either educate myself with youtube videos about for example the society's beauty standards or watch aesthetic morning routines to motivate me, eat something like cereals or if i have a lot of energy i will make something like eggs or pancakes, drink a glass of water (must), and start scrolling on instagram!

their morning routine: wake up at 7am, breakfast at 7:30am, shower at 8am, basically perfect daily routine- but my morning routine: wake up at 12pm, breakfast at 1pm, shower at 3 pm, exercise at 4pm, lunch at 5pm, dinner at 8pm, get ready for bed 9pm, sleep 4am.
My school morning routine (my one in the summer changes daily but is pretty similar to this lol) 6:00- Wake up/hydrate :) 6:05- Shower :) 6:25- Brush my teeth/meds :) 6:30- Skincare (CeraVe Foaming Cleanser, CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, Neutrogena Sunscreen, Homemade Rose Water Spray) 6:40- Outfit/shoes 7:00- Breakfast! 7:20- Double check my bag, my lunch, etc ~relax~ 8:00- off to school!

Okay, i know it’s blueberry and I also know that chocolate is really bad for dogs, but even if it was chocolate, she probably knows better than any of the comments, if her dog is able to handle a little bit of chocolate or not. My dog used to always steal chocolatebars and stuff like that, out of my, or my siblings school bags n stuff and he was totally fine. I’m not trying to hate or anything I just don’t quite get all the drama around it🤷♀️

While these are good morning routines, remember, YOU dont have to wake up at 5:00 AM everyday, you dont have to make a 20$ iced coffee everyday, you dont have to go for a hike everyday, you don’t have to take a shower in a hugeeeeee bathroom. Everyones routines are different and while yes these are good for for you, if you dont find joy in them, dont force yourself. You can be just as productive without all these fancy things.
