Please note that this is an investment tier list, i.e. how well these mods scale with investment, e.g. SS/SSS/omega transcend with sig. The differences between mods in tiers 0.5 to high T2 will be less obvious, though still noticeable in some cases, for F2Ps. Also, despite some elements like wind not having any dps in T1 or above, you'll still prefer to have them depending on the buffs and debuffs in HZ/RD/Chasm (especially Chasm 6). TLDR: take this tier list with a grain of salt, as YMMV depending on investment level, team comp, bosses, and "weather" in endgame stages. Still, it is a pretty good quick guide on the game's meta. Unfortunately, Thoth won't be free unlike the free Jinwu we got. We're only getting an S rank selector up to v2.8. Global players, plan wisely to take advantage of the selector and beginner banner (if you're missing any of the 7 mods on it, that is). IMO skipping Mitsuha would be the best choice (can't believe I'm saying this) as her banner is the last 140 hard pity banner before the debut of the 90 hard pity anchor scan with Izanami's patch.

I read everything and then you said skip Mizuha and I just need to know what your thoughts are on that and why?! 😂😂 But I totally forgot about that this is an investment list. I do believe that in some cases no matter where they are on this list, with ample building and effort you’ll be able to use the mod you like for a long time. However I thinkkkkk if you do the same across the board you’ll probably notice that some perform better than others haha. The Thoth not being as free as I thought it a bit of a bummer tbh… but at least she’s T0, again big surprise on this one!

@@lockeheart5938 Sorry, what I meant was that if F2Ps are patient enough to skip Mitsuha, they can get her later on from the 2nd anni selector. I recommended skipping her as her banner is the last debut banner which could cost up to 140 pulls before the implementation of the much safer 90 hard pity banner in Izanami's patch. Meta or not, up to 140 pulls saved is no joke! Spenders can just pull as usual though since they're more likely to aim for multiple copies.

@Nobody-ll7bo free yes, but not soon. You'll have to wait a little more than a year for that selector since it was given for CN's 2nd anni. That's a really long time, which is why I said one would need to be very patient.

I wouldn’t say she fell off, she’s still quite powerful to say the least, but team synergy in the new GZ along with new characters power creeping in definitely took her off from top spot. It just goes to show how much stronger other units can be with investments!

What does free Thoth mean? Are they going to reduce the income of their game to zero? Even on the Chinese server the game doesn't earn that much

So, it’s been explained to me that you can “acquire her for free” through like a token system when you summon. So… not so free

On Reddit: It's like the previous spending event we had in global except you can't really choose which item to get. It's 180 pulls to get the functor and 320 to get 30 intels of Thoth, so enough to get her to SS but not enough to unlock her as that would take 50 intels. There is some more stuff you can get in between including pulls.

@@lockeheart5938 Ok, so nothing special. 320 pulls is too much. But you can get an almost free functor, because you will have to take Thoth no matter what. Let's say it takes 90 pulls for Thoth, but where can you spend another 90 pulls?

@@lockeheart5938 s buzenbo. I was going for her and didn’t have enough time to grind. So I started a new account to get her lol so now I can hang Thoth on both accounts
