Indeed he is, but it was a shame seeing him go out like this. In a goofy deathmatch spotfest that was unlike anything that he'll be remembered for. It would've been understandable if this was Mad Man Pondo or MASADA's retirement match. Sting however will be remembered for working with guys like Flair & the Horsemen, Vader, Cactus (in some epic brawls, but obviously not deathmatches), battling the nWo, his love/hate relationship with Luger, etc. Sure he participated in his share of lousy gimmick matches, but they didn't look like they belonged on a CZW/Ian Rotten show in front of 35 fans at a warehouse. He only started participating in glorified backyard wrestling shitshows after he'd turned 60 and joined up with these buffoons
The best PPV I ever watched live BTW having Anthem of The Lonely by Orange Cassidy who get destroyed by The messiah of backbreaker Roderick Strong is so perfect The match between Konosuke and Will is match of the year so far The triple treat great follow-up Sting saying it's Show time for the last time ever in his career gives me goosebumps Legendary show ❤❤❤
