While Aew has lost some of their bigger guys I appreciate the progress from the guys who look like they’re becoming their backbone. Things like hangman and swerves character growth, Toni’s growth as a character, willow in the ring, Julia finding herself, the new guys like ospreay stepping up, and even their new deal. Seeing the growth from those who stayed fixes seeing the guys who’ve left for me. It would be nice to have kept a lot of the old talent, but sometimes people have to leave for others to grow.
Idk. It seems like nit pick to complain about a dq finish in AEW. Considering both of you had to think about when the last one was. All of the IWC hold AEW to a standard that WWE wouldn't reach on their best day. If they gave out money to their fans. Really. A simple dq finish is not the end of the world, considering we're running it back in a week. The main event seems like they're setting up the Elite vs. BPCC. Either for the tag belts or the trios belts
Also they are holding wwe's faulty finishes against aew. Idk why the raw main even factors into a discussion about aew's booking, but there are as many DQs in aew for a year than two weeks of Raw.
Now what I’m curious and what to know is are the PPV library going to Max also. Cuz I’ll def sign up for Max if that’s the case similar to what WWE does with Peacock. Cus I hate spending $50 to stay up to watch the PPV til 5am so I get to watch it twice then never again that’s thing that frustrates me. I posted this before they spoke about the part they spoke about it part of the video. And I do totally understand what they are saying but that’s when I also stopped buying wwe events back in the day. And I do buy all AEW PPV’s it’s just somehow I want to be rewarded for doing that lol.
@@nalidhardstyle8551 oh I didn’t know his personal representative was here in the comments waiting to express his personal opinions for him. Thank you for clearing that up. I wouldn’t want a fun thought to slip out without immediate correction. Good job keepin it light and fun bud 🤙
@bobbysheila it wasn't particularly fun, and had 0 emphasis to imply you were joking, asking anonymous creators to unmask or to asking them to justify why they havent is pretty bad for them, and you were either uninformed (and might want to know you'd made a honest mistake) or were a jackass who needed to be corrected. You left a bad comment, someone pointing that out is just the Internet bud
@@nalidhardstyle8551 you know what, I was in a bad mood and very busy/stressed out when I first responded to you, and I’ll admit I was unnecessarily rude to you. I apologize for that and if Tempest isn’t comfortable with unmasking and you are aware of that then I was out of line. I was just goofing around and got butthurt. My bad.
Yeah im hoping its cheaper in the long run buying a ppv on wb. If it still equals $50 but with extra steps then no thank you. I was hoping with more ppvs price would at least go down in price
@@MisterrrrrrParadise yeah I know, it's why his accent is so dam amazing, but will they ever go to New Zeland? I look at it like it's a suddo home with friends and family being so close.
Tuesday- Shockwave (FOX) , Wednesday- Dynamite (TBS), Thursday- Collision (TNT) I think this would be the perfect lineup imo I would even keep rampage and have that be on saturdays
I’ve been on this Jericho train for about 8 years now. It was his podcast that made me believe he’s not a genuine person. Btw you can have abdominal muscles Implanted. 🤷🏻♂️
@@MisterrrrrrParadise "He did something important literally years ago so you're not allowed to have an opinion on how this entertainer is doing his jb of entertaining an audience" Y'know what man, Vince also got a LOT of people into wrestling, and is THE reason that WWE is succesful as it is now. Does that mean we don't get to call him a nonce?
All the WWE fans moving the goal post yesterday. You may not like certain booking decisions but to want a company to completely go under is vicious and unnecessary. I haven’t seen WWE since 2019 and I don’t bash them or want cut peoples jobs. Everybody eats
There are so many toxic fanboys in the wrestling fandom…I barely watch WWE just cause AEW is more the style I like…but I don’t wish it to close down…hell I wanna see MLW/TNA/NWA all come out bigger…I want all 5 places to be global companies and all the wrestlers getting paid
2025 is shaping up to be a good year of wrestling! I don't have cable but I have Netflix, Max and Peacock already so I am set for 2025! I also have an antenna and get the CW which I used to watch NXT's primure and aside from my issues with Gulia and Ethan Page losing I enjoyed it! My wife however is not going to like 2025 though!
How are you going to watch Smackdown?? I’m in the same situation as you…I have Netflix, Max, and Peacock…I have the CW app and antenna on tv…no cable…but Smackdown is on USA…
@@williamtoccijr9579 I used Sling TV for a while to watch RAW and AEW, but it went from $25 a month to $40 so I now just watch highlights and sometimes go to my family’s house who has cable if it’s a good episode that I really want to watch.
I think the WBD comments about how WWE is underselling their PLE's show how completely out of touch with the current media landscape they are and thats probably why they lost the NBA. Social media is a massive part of media now. AEW literally has highlights from within the live show posted to their official social media posts to try and drive engagement. And they are still struggling to maintain their TV audience, so are they doing worse than WWE using their Social media for free?! Insane amounts of copium with that comment from them, if true
Anything going to Fox is whatever. I would like to see rampage scrapped and the return of something like DARK. A youtube show that show cases new or unused talent where the vods live on RU-vid for free and acts as a nice way to coax people into watching the product
They can't let it go. But the more they hammer that missing nail, I find myself hoping, more and more, that they do fail. Cause then it'll further ruin their happiness, since they want to misconstrue criticism of the company they like, especially since they're attacking an actual expert of the business, longer than they've been alive.
@austinwilliams7919 oh, yea. They do. They only listen to what people say about Cornette. If they would listen to the shows. They would understand his criticism. He doesn't HATE AEW, he doesn't want the, to fail, hell he wants them to do good. He just doesn't like Kenny and the Bucks, doesn't like the flipping and comedy, he doset like how they treat the vets who want to help them. AEW as a concept. It's great. MJF great, Briscos, FTR, the Guns, and a few others.
@@OfficalFlameInc it's easier for them to misconstrue the criticism though, IF they don't listen to Corny, cause then they'd get the whole context and they wouldn't have anything to speak about
Anyone that thinks live ppvs are moving to max at any point during the three year deal is delulu. Thats throwing money away. WWE may have done it but they have 10x the sponsor revenue and decades of collecting that $50/month from fans.
