Afew teamed up with Diadora to release this special edition B.560, honouring Dino Russo, a talented tennis player who many never heard of because he chose to not turn pro. This made in Italy sneaker features thick, tumbled leather, buttery suede, and vintage distressing throughout the midsole. Diadora is one of my favorite brands. The END. Milan collab (both shoes) and the HANON collab are some of my favorite shoes this year. Most, if not all of their Made in Italy models have amazing quality.

Diadoras are the hidden gem in classic italian sports wear. Quality is actually worth the entry price. I agree with you on comfort. They are a little cumbersome to break in, but once they do they're great. You'll never get Boost or Zoom level comfort in these retro sneakers, but that goes for pretty much any other 80s/90s silhouettes. I have the Aluminum Grey pair of the B.560 Italia. Went half size down and they were snug for the first month or so, but eventually broke in nicely.

I also love diadora shoes. I remember when i played tennis when i was a kid and got these new diadora full leahters sneakers. They felt like haven't! Never since then have i had shoes that comfy. Its a shame that they don't really have the same full grain leather tennis shoes nowadays.

Ive been looking at diadora heavily since the bait collab astroboy... transformers and peanuts. Now I own a few pairs and even found a gorgeous Diadora jacket at a thrift store for 8 bucks. I always size down in my diadora

Solid pair, love the color blocking and the midsole aging definitely gives a unique touch! Diadora x Extra Butter “Giallo 2.0” still one of my fav pick-ups in 2023.

Diadora is synonymous with quality in my opinion. I have a few pairs and my fav is the collab with END. that came with the shot glass. Wish I had both colorways.

I have a couple of the B.560 “Used” versions. The leather on those are “pre-distressed” so fairly soft and broken in. The tongue and collar are mesh unlike the version you reviewed so probably adds more comfort. Agreed that the underfoot feel isn’t the most comfortable shoe. There’s definitely not much give in the PU midsole. Certainly one of those shoes that requires a insole swap.

Midsole is EVA. Outsole is Duratech.

Of course it has a firm sole. It is a 90's inspired tennis shoe. Outsole is Duratech.

Quality is really attached to the fact that this pair is made in Italy. Every made in Italy and the ones from the Heritage line, which are around 200€, are quite high quality if you compare to the ones made in China, which usually cost around 100-150€
