Aw thank you so much! Yes, I think if I was more consistent I would get more subscribers. Plus now the algorithm is favouring the shorts, so if I made more of those I'm sure it would help. I find it hard to get it into 7 seconds though. But thanks for the encouragement, I'll keep posting! Is there anything in particular you'd like to see?

@widdershins6655 The number is not too important, you really wanna embody and live out your affirmations as much as possible, so feeling into them. Each time you use an affirmation, make sure you feel your desired outcome. Consistency is important, so even if you do something once a day it will make a difference. Reprogramming the subconscious does take time but if you stick with it you will see a difference in your life. Using affirmations in a state akin to sleep, so right when you wake up in the morning or right before you go to bed oh, your brain is more susceptible to it. I use an app called my affirmations that will give me my affirmations as notifications on my phone throughout the day, I find that to be really helpful. If you are using an affirmation all day long, you could call it a mantra, like I might say to myself all day long as often as I can remember it "I'm perfectly at peace right now" The number of times is not as important as actually remembering to do it, just find a habit that works for you!
