Yeah the 1st apartment looks nice for 18k. The building itself looks good but the surrounding area I am not sure of. I don't know Kahawa but being so close to Githurai seems scary. Also, you are further out from town and away from Thika Highway. That's the trade off for the good price. I like your videos btw. I pay 25k for a 1 bedroom in Mirema. New building, lift, open kitchen, wifi included. But I always like to follow the rental market.
