It's nice just got my apartment their.. but the problem is those Brooke's.. first Lady requested us to pay 25 for 2 bedrooms.. we ended up looking for the landlord himself and we got to pay 21k .. love the place and the security is good for us parents with little kids. Love the way they are allowing school bus inside. Enough parking lots, and environment is fresh.
Yeah, but it appears the problem arises from the way Erdemann designates names to these developments. What you (and most of us) are referring to as Great Wall Garden (GWG) as Phase 1 is actually GWG 1! Not Phase 1 but just GWG1. To confuse matters further GWG 1 has 3 phases within it. Thus you have Phase 1 of GWG1, Phase 2 of GWG1 and Phase 3 of GWG 1 just as Shykoh is stating. Then the development opposite to GWG 1 is GWG 2, not GWG Phase 2 but just 2. Thus GWG 2 has only one phase. Same with GWG 3. GWG 4 will follow the same pattern. A very confusing way of naming developments in an estate undertaken in various phases.
Waaooo..how I wanted this like information....it's a nice place...but..the place for drying clothes...is a NO for me... but off course someone can't miss to improvise
Whenever I visit Kenya I have to remember the hot water shower switch. Otherwise, I freeze in the showers. I feel so spoiled, my walk in closet is the same size as one of your bedrooms.
@@shikomwangi I know I’ve been there many times. It never gets old & I always meet new & fun ppl. I usually get an Airbnb. Trust me I know we are lucky in the US. And I had my days living in small places, I live in Japan where it’s even smaller than your place. Much smaller.
Why have Africans been unable to provide affordable housing for themselves for over 60 years after independence? The Chinese owned company stepped in to fill a vacuum! Why was there a vacuum?
@@oludummo4593 You score very poorly in comprehension. Where have you read in my comment that the Chinese are ONLY around to fill a vacuum? They have their interests, and that's to be expected. My question was why is it that Africans are unable to provide affordable housing for the citizens over 60 years after independence? Why did they create and continue to create a vacuum to attract all sorts of characters driven by, among other factors, self-interest? The presence of Chinese is not the problem. It is a sympton of a deeper governance problem. It is a home grown problem. Thats what we need to focus our attention on, and if we do that, the Chinese plus many others will relate with us in a very different way.
@@georgeodhiambo598 i am chinese,i can tell you why? Real estate needs large amout of money but it hardly to sell to quickly get the money back and make profits,so local small buissinessman dont have the ability to borrow money from banks and take the risks . second, the normal people in Kenya ever was poor, the money just for foods. since the five years, the China and Kenya gov have made lots of infrastructures project which gives locals jobs and opportunities, then people have the money in the pockets which could afford the apartments. i think the demond decides the provides, ago didnt have, now it just the time to change normal living conditiong.guys, seize the opportunities in Kenya, not just complain, just do it ,invest
