Hello sir ano kaya problema nung sa akin... Out from the box the touch on the left earpiece is not working or hindi nia na dedetect ung touch ko though meron naman siya sound output.. Tried resetting it kaso ganun pa din.. any idea how to deal with it? Thanks

You cannot record music with the oppo enco buds since its bluetooth and it has really bad delay and the buds doesn't have any mic hole
