Recently went window shopping for couches and most of them were around 2K minimum unless its like a single love seat then the least I saw were like $900
You not broke lol nobody wants to pay 1500 to sit down ….I have a 300 dollar love seat and it gets the job done ….that money can’t be used to travel or something 😭
@april_ They shouldn't be this expensive, and they were never meant to be. When I was a kid, I remember thinking $150 was a lot of money for a large couch. Now as an adult, I WISH I could pay that amount of money for a new couch!
We bought this set from Costco and we are so pleased with it. Great quality and big enough for five grandkids to hang out and watch TV. I would buy it again.

An ottoman alone can typically run an additional $300-400 on top of the sectional costs. A SECTIONAL not a loveseat or 3 seater that’s under $2K is definitely a decent price. My last sectional was over $2K, which isn’t much considering it lasted my family 10 years. Y’all talking about Facebook Marketplace…um, yeah..I guess if you want somebody’s old or used couch. Then, yes, it’ll be cheaper of course. This is a brand new sectional and ottoman. Don’t know about the quality. Heard Costco couches can be crap. Nobody said to spend $7+K on a Pottery Barn, West Elm, or Restoration Hardware couch, but y’all wanna go way cheaper than $1,599, then don’t expect to have a couch that lasts more than a year or 2 without sagging cushions, pilling, etc. Just sayin…
Returned 2 different sectionals and 5 beds....all of the beds wore out after 6 months and the couches reclining handles broke on the first couch and the second one the motorized handles for the recline broke, all wore out before their own warranty was up, never buying furniture or towels there ever again
$1600 is very cheap if it's a quality sofa. Go to a furniture store it could be $5000 or more. I feel like most people commenting havnt gone furniture shopping or think that Ashley is a good brand.
$1600 is alot of money for most people. I bought a much bigger sectional than that at a furniture atore for a little over $2000. Of course that was before they blew up pricing on everything after COVID.

Those that are saying 1500 is not good for a full sectional with ottoman??? I dont get it. Lol. Not poking fun but I have seen people pay 700 for a play station console or 1100 for an iphone every year. Yes ladies and gents this is good price. Not by only my opinion BUT as per our new normal of how high everything is now.
I got my first sectional off Facebook marketplace for 400 when I moved out but now that I have a family and want a better one I want to buy new but the prices are all like 2-3,000 so realistically this isn’t that bad
just get a recycled couch. u can get a much nicer quality leather couch for 10c on the $ and better for the environment & your pocket book . Its used the 1st time you let people sit on it anyway.
Might "Look" great but I returned 2 sectionals and 5 beds, won't ever buy furniture there again....they fell apart before their own manufacturing warranty was up, the beds sunk in the middle after 6 months and we are not heavy people in the slightest
It's cheap compared to what I've seen on line. Just wish they'd make it with a back and arm, all the way to the end... oh yeh... it costs more that way. Hmmm.
