That tells me someone is buying older homes and flipping for a quick profit. Nobody knows the quality of work done, the materials used, theMy price of labor, and who was the contractor/ or sub contractor. The county assessment is around $143,000 based on county records. A lower middle class community with a group 2 school district with average performance and no outstanding educational program or sports programs. Camden county taxes your sewage bill twice, you're paying for one service two times. Don't put lipstick on a pig and call it Clydesdales. This house is less than 100 yards from a train track enjoy listening to a train roll by after lights out. My price for a house that is older then the age most people looking to buy a house would be $130,000. The real estate market is over valued by agents who are looking to earn high commissions praying on young buyers who just want an affordable house.
