1. 8 Metro Station: $1300-$1500+ with a monthly fee of $151 that includes utilities and pest control
2. Heather Ridge: $1400+ not including utilities
3. Accent Southrail: $1275+ including a $68 monthly fee but not including utilities
4. Infinity 260: $1350 + $18 monthly fee but not including utilities
5. Park 2300: $1200+ not including utilities

Good video I think the first one seemed the biggest, but the 4th one looked the nicest. $13-1500 all totaled is not bad, where I live in Northern Virginia my apartment looks similar to these but all in it's about $2400 😂

The apartment at 28:45, I already knew once I saw that red door it was a hard no lol. I actually just moved to the city from Mooresville. Only reason I moved is because I work in the city and 77 is a bit too much. I found a spot somewhat on the outskirts but it’s still Charlotte. I hope you find your home!!❤

I don't know if it's me but its always that moment when u make that decision to start searching for an apartment and every thing seems to go wrong. I really like the 3rd place you viewed it seems nice. I have been thinking about relocating to NC but allow nonsense and shenanigans get the best of me. I wish you best on your search and good luck. That is cray that rent is that low there! I’m in Sacramento California and the only apartment you’d find for $1300 is a run down one in the hood. We’re about to pay $2700 for a 2 bed 2 bath that’s luxury…

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think Charlotte is cheap. Not anymore. They used to be on the cheaper side.

Those places aren’t comparable lol …. Charlotte is up and coming but it is still in NC where min wage is still 7.25, whereas, New York and Cali it’s more than double.

@@Itsmeyaae 😂😂😂 right I’m not a big fan of the outside inside type of apartments especially since I prefer living on the first floor. I do have one in mind that I’m most likely going to move into but I didn’t show it in this vlog.
