I lost a lot these past 2 years including both my vehicles. Times is tough for me right now. My dream was to always own a home but I gave up because I can't afford it. I look at these houses in these videos and it makes me happy that some people are blessed to have their dream home. I would love to move to Texas and maybe one day it will happen. 🤞🏼

Without question, Texas has some of the most beautiful built homes I’ve seen. The closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, tall ceilings etc. are always so spacious. The prices are always reasonable too! Never change this.

I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.

I've lived in South Padre Island TX for years now and our house has been appraised at 50% higher than when we first purchased it 7 years ago. The Rio Grande Valley is REALLY growing with new construction, much in part due to SpaceX and no state tax. I just don't want this beautiful area to turn blue.

This a phenominal home for the price point and the awesome features of this home :). Would really love to move into one like that here in Kerrville, TX. Got to get my finances straight though lol. I do agree I love the floors as well. Also love the garage with the flooring done there as well. The one thing I didn't see unless it was hiding was a dishwasher but peeps could always get a portable one :). Great video Nava. Still remember your Military videos really liked those as well. IF you are lost and hopeless and don't know where to turn to and life is letting you down and you are not sure about your salvation then just buy this house, move in break out a good bottle of wine, cook a steak on the grill in the backyard of your new $250K home and thank God that all it took was a new house to make you happy again. I was there in Mcallen last year and the new houses are gorgeous. However, not 1 had a bath tub. I seen at least 9 houses and none of them seemed accommodating for a family with small kids who need to take a bath not a shower. This was the reason I didn't purchase. After purchasing I would have to dish out extra thousands to have a tub installed. Didn't want the extra work or expense.

True, the new home builders focus more on beauty and less on necessity! Also, the house needs 2 and a half bathrooms, so that when guess comes over they don't have to use the children bathroom.

Such market uncertainties are the reason I don’t base my market judgements and decisions on rumors and here-says, got the best of me 2020 and had me holding worthless position in the market, I had to revamp my entire portfolio through the aid of a broker, before I started seeing any significant results in my portfolio, been using the same Adviser and I’ve scaled up 750k within 2 years, whether a bullish or down market, both makes for good profit, it all depends on where you’re looking.

I heard they put the water heaters in the attic. Is it true that all of the house in the inside mandated like a rule that you put the water heater up in the attic. You can put a pool back there the yard is big enough.
