I feel so cheated, a 400k home in Brooklyn is located in Brownsville, which is a cracked out house. I'm over here looking at homes like this for million in Queens. The hisses are still not this big.

We need to eliminate the realtor commission fee. It's too high, and one of the reasons that house price is out of reach. Half a million is affordable for middle-class people?

You could most likely rent it out. I would just check the rental cap and other restrictions within the specific community.

These are built so poorly. The market in Charlotte has gotten insane. This for 500k was under 300k two years ago. Endless investors are propping the market here, along with people moving from more expensive areas thinking the area is cheap. Traffic and crime keep sky-rotting

I think right now there is still a lottery, but that should be coming to an end soon. Most builders and communities have stopped with the lotteries for now.

Two many houses build in summer walk.They didn't add another swimming pool to community just build houses on top of houses.You did a wonderful job but houses aren't worth the money.

SOON to be heavily discounted. Real estate in this state and across the country have tanked. No one is buying, everyone is selling. Wait 6 months or more then reavaluate the market country wide. My guess is it will be a disaster.
