It makes it more of a suite than a bedroom by not having a door. There is a door to the toilet room for privacy. You get used to it. Although - I do like having a door to my bathroom suite b/c the kids are always walking in - so i get it.
@@EscapeToArizona I like both ways for different reasons. My biggest concern would be disturbing my wife while getting ready for work at the butt crack of dawn; lights, brushing teeth, water running, etc.. I do love that the toilet area is its own little sanctuary!
@@lt2671 AHH. yes that's true. We do use the door for that reason. Good point! Well, you can always build on in in guess! A lot of people do barn doors too.
So with a 25% down payment for the options that you have selected, can you cancel the sale and get your money back if the house does not pass YOUR final inspection, and can you hire a 3rd party inspector as well? I've seen enough videos that today's builders are not doing a good job.
