Olivia will u please do an affordable perfumes from AMAZON?? There isn't a Target near my house..... It's literally like an hour or more away from where I live.... Please give us an affordable fragrance video that can all be bought from good ole AMAZON ❤❤
@@tspencer661 sure have and target perfumes are more expensive on Amazon. Also there's very few of them on there sweetie. They are way more affordable if u buy them from target
Another Canadian here that found fine’ry body mists in Winners for $7.99 CAD each!! I ended up with Jungle Santal which reminds me so much of my favorite (discontinued?) scent from Good Chemistry, Wild Child. The notes sure don’t match the scent 😂 but it goes with nearly everything! Impressed at the quality!
I would love to see you cover the frensch frags too! I like them way better than the other target brands. My store did have a sampler, so you may have luck finding one at a different store or online
I'm in Australia. Could you link or mention Australian stockists. A lot of the brands you talk about aren't readily available to try out here. Can order online but I'd like to try them first.
Am I the only one who thinks Pistachio Please smells nothing like Sol De Janeiro? Maybe for the first 30 seconds when the caramel hits, but after that it smells like a sweet pistachio cookie with no summery beachiness.
@@OliviaOlfactory I meannnn if you wanna do a video on it…I won’t complain…(I live in AZ so it’s already warm here and I neeeeed summer scents and really want to amp up my juicy fruity scent game)
I picked up "Before the rainbow" by Fine'ry in Winners (TJ Maxx here in Canada) and my gosh it is SO GOOD. Supposedly a dupe for Wood Sage and Sea Salt by Jo Malone (although I haven't smelled it). Also got Midnight Cafe and it's nice! I've seen some Banana Republic fragrances popping up in TJ Maxx/Marshalls recently and been impressed by the ones I bought, which have been for under $30 - would love to see some reviews of these! I got "Dark Cherry & Amber" and "Velvet Pomegranate"
I also really love mix bar whipped almond, im not a gourmand lover and but this is the only gourmand like scent that I really love, just wish it last a little longer but for the price hell yah.
Me too, it smells amzing and lasts a long time. It's a really beautiful fragrance, I've had people at work ask me what I'm wearing when I wear that one.
Fyi “Being Frensche” has a discovery set but it’s maybe not in the store or in stock. That’s how I tested them. I love the new one as well Palo Santo Sage OMG🥰🥰🥰🥰 but yes they smell wonderful and it’s from Ashley Tisdale. I didn’t initially know that but I love the inspiration and thought process. Beautiful ones and I hope you can get your nose on it.
OMG! I love Fine'ry perfumes. Have you tried "Before the Rainbow"? It's amazing! It's said to be inspired by Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt. I don't have that one but LOVE the Fine'ry one
I got a trial size of father figure by phlur and I KNOW I need a full size with how quickly I’ve run through it ❤ I have also heard mystic figures by fine’ry is similar to it. How similar do you think they are?
I love how you explain how the notes affect the scent... fascinating!!! Thank you xx ps the only brand I have seen here (South Africa) is Fragrance Bar, so I'm so excited to try them out 💖
@@OliviaOlfactory I went on Fragnatica to find out what other people were saying about it. I didn’t even come up with the idea of antiseptic. I knew it smelled funky in a bad way. When I read that it smelled like antiseptic, I said to myself, “That’s it! That’s what it smells like.”🤢
It did me dirty for the first 20 minutes! It had that burnt plastic smell on my skin too! It went away and it smelled ok but it’s definitely not for me
I really enjoy the Mixbar fragrances that I have tried. My favorite layering combo from them is Coconut Palm with Sparkling Hibiscus. The ultimate summer vacation!
Love your content! Fragrance exploration has been so important for me over the last year and I have found it to be a huge source of gender affirmation/euphoria. 💕
I got the Fine'ry discovery set recently which had Without a Trace, Pistachio Please, Sweet on the Outside, Not Another Cherry, and The New Rouge. I really liked four of them, WaT is good but I think I'd like it on someone else more than myself, Pistachio Please is delicious (I described it to my friends as "Bimbo Perfume" which I mean as an absolute compliment), Sweet on the Outside is my favorite vanilla ive tried so far in my fragrance journey but I did notice that it only lasted for 2-3 hours before fading really hard. Not Another Cherry is very good to my nose, I've never smelled lost cherry, but NAC to me smells like a little sour and very syrupy like a spiced cherry pie would be. The only one I absolutely hated was The New Rouge; I've never smelled Baccarat, but I hope to god it doesn't smell anything like that. The New Rouge smells like the water on the inside of It's A Small World, or like a mildew covered car air freshener lodged in the crack of a completely sodden piece of decrepit driftwood, absolutely awful on paper and worse on my skin.
i am not a fan of Target at all, but I'll be going tomorrow! Thanks for your video, based on your descriptions, I want almost everything you talked about!
I'm always a little disappointed when I look for available brands because most of them cannot be bought in Poland. All we have to do is add it to the list and wait until the light reaches our cave :P Enyway I really appreciate your work, Olivia. Greetings from Poland - your faithful fan
I loved this list only perfume i would add is Solinotes Tonka. The scent is the halfway point between Scarlet Poppy by Jo Malone and TF Lost Cherry to me, it gives off a cherry nuance. I use it to layer with often. It's great with Angel's Share, BR 540 Extrait, Lancome Oud Bouquet, Mon Guerlain and Black Opium, to name a few.
the body mist of coffee cloud smells sooooo good, the dent i’ve made in the bottle is crazy😭 so i obvi bought the perfume cuz i love the body mist, and it smelled like dirt🧍
Hi Olivia! I love the Fine'ry price and performance at that price. My favorites are New Rouge, the pistachio one, and I'm A Musk. I'm A Musk, to me, smelled a lot like Another 13, except a little creamier and maybe sweeter. It has the same fluffy, sweet, skin scent with that clean musk and almost fresh linen scent, but it doesnt stray into laundry detergent. It clings well to clothes and will last for hours on your sleeve though it has typical longevity issues you get with skin scent. I absolutely love it, and helps me scratch that need for Another 13 but avoids the high cost. I've only tried one Frenshe scent but I love it, Palo Santo Sage, in the body mist but I really like it. I plan to pick up the EDP, (for only $30??) as well as some of the body care. I also want to try out Bergamot Cedar, and I would love to hear your thoughts on the fragrances. Perfume is pretty expensive most of the time so its important to spread the word on effective but affordable brands and products.
I believe Being Frenshe has a discovery set at certain stores. It’d be awesome to hear your take if you get the chance 🙂 I have Solar Fleur and Cashmere Vanilla and I love layering them to add some dimension.
I love it too! I have layered it with BBW Whipped Rose and Vanilla Latte cream and mist. They brought that scent back last year and I love them together.
I bought Pacifica Montana Sky today based on this recommendation. I love it, and surprisingly so does my cat. He’s been sniffing me and licking me as much as possible since I put it on. Something to consider if you’re a cat owner 😂 he’s never done this with any other fragrance, I’m thinking maybe the herbal notes smell like cat nip to him but I’m not sure.
Without a Trace from Fine’ry is SO NICE. I was anosmic to Missing Person when I smelled it at Sephora a few times, but being able to actually smell Without a Trace helps me understand everyone’s obsession with Missing Person. I’m also obsessed with the dry-down of the new formulation of Silver Moon. The opening is pretty, but the dry-down is addictive to me. I love Pacifica’s new bottles too. I decluttered my Vanilla Bourbon bottle, but only because I’m curating a very small collection, but that one’s performance is one of the best I’ve tried in general, from high-end of affordable. It’s not overly loud but it’s there and it sticks around for a while. So to me it gives the ideal scent bubble. As far as unique-ness goes, MixBar went off with Coconut Palm! It almost reminds me of Milk Expressive by Commodity, but a little less sweet and with that subtle, non-beachy coconut element. I’m super impressed by a lot of these affordable scents and I always feel like a kid in a candy store when I make it to a Target, I run straight to the perfumes lmao.
New subbie here, first of all you are so pretty ❤second of all if you don’t mind I would love some affordable soapy and fresh affordable fragrances videos ❤❤ I am more a heavy lover fragrance but nowadays I find myself loving some soapy fragrance but the price sometimes kills me,I had a pure poison decant but the price cringe me so I would not my some alernative as well ❤❤❤❤
I’m wearing Not Another Cherry right now and I don’t particularly like it 😅 I just wear it around the house when I don’t want to waste my better perfumes lol
