Wow, this land looks incredible! The scenic views and potential for development are truly enticing. I appreciate the detailed information provided in the video, especially the location and size of the land.
Good and serene location in Garuga but shs. 100m is still unaffordable to some of us for 50x100. The grazing lands in Gayaza Kalagi will work for some of us.
3 four story 16x60ft 3 bedrooms with on suite toilet and bath Townhouses with a loung on the 4th floor, can fit on that 50x100 and still have alot of real estate left over front and back and sell each one fully furnished with solar power water tank and a backup genarator for $200,000 USD.
I am not currently looking to buy land in Uganda. I am more interested in retail spaces available for rent to open several shops. Preferably in Kampala or any other densely populated area. Can you help me with that?
How much upfront for location 1? and will there be an marina built next to the plot? Will you build a paved road and put in water plumbings, electricity and sewage?
70% initial deposit, 30% balance in 3 months. This is simply land for sale. Whoever buys a plot develops it the way he/she wishes. You may get more of that (the requests you want if you’re buying a condo in an estate next to water. In that scenario, the developer develops the condos plus the surroundings. In this, the seller is only selling land.
