Great question. There are seller financing options but the terms are usually 3-5 years. Feel free to reach out to us at info@lunarealtybelize.com and we can discuss some other options.
Ok Rachel am asking the hard question since I know you have history with ECI. Why would I want to buy a Baymens condo from ECI at $179k preconstruction when you are offering one at $127K? Seems like a $50K bargain for a condo that ECI is not able to deliver for over a year or more.
Not hard at all! They are two different models. This one at $127k is solid construction but a bit older (opened in 2014) and doesn’t have a balcony. Construction costs have gone up significantly since 2014 and some folks prefer new, so their pre-construction makes more sense for them.
@@lunarealtybelize Good points all Rachel. However, going forward, I am thinking of buying what I can see today. Been waiting too long for my preconstruction x3.
@@jonweber98 totally understand. Buying what is already constructed is a great option when you’re ready to go! Send me an email - info@lunarealtybelize.com - and we’ll send you some options.
Sorry to hear you feel that way. I'm guessing you had a bad experience? We always recommend doing your due diligence as a buyer, which most people don't tend to do when they come to Belize. They get margarita madness and buy whatever they think looks pretty. Our team has been working with buyers for over 10 years to ensure they have the resources they need. Feel free to check out the resource page if you'd like to learn more about the market... Or feel free to pass it along to anyone you know who is looking at property in Belize to ensure they are educated: www.lunarealtybelize.com/resource-guides/
