So it is a headset only, which is why I didn't go into software as that is not by this company. You have to use your software on your phone like Google Cardboard.

@@PUREreviews Yes but even that is important detail. if someone's going to use the headset They want to know how the software works as well. Whatever the software is. There other reviews of this headset on RU-vid and they cover the software.

@@PUREreviews especially important as given the limitations of the Google cardboard software.... The considering that headset here costs like 10 or $15 it certainly worth a 10 or $15 versus the $400 or so for the quest 2

Thank you for your review on VR SHINCON, I had no idea how to use them, I bought them to use with my DJI MINI SE to convert it to FPV,,well they will be used for many other things,great sound it has too,,but I had no idea how to work them,til after watching your vid. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Would be nice to know what software works with this brand since they tell you nothing in their horrible instructions. I was used to the Oculus till they changed the phones so they don't work in them anymore.

No, I don't think amazon cardboard had apps to support that. You use your phone with this device, but I have since upgraded to an oculus which you can use those apps with that device.

They only work if your phone has a headphone jack...which most phones don't have anymore. I just had the sound play out of the phone.

I agree with a lot of this, but having its own LCD panels would make it expensive. The concept is u use your phone vs a stand alone vr product. It's like a fancy version of Google cardboard.

part of the video will be blocked and your eyes won't be able to focus on the picture....basically it does nothing for you in that aspect. If you want a movie theater experience you need to use one of the apps that is designed to do that.
