Newbie here, I liked most of the collection, especially the Shoreham Pembroke!! I've been watching some other videos with super expensive watches and this one is a realistic collection at least for me. Thanks for sharing. Saludos desde México!
Wow that Shoreham watch is beautiful! And as a fellow Brit I agree great to support a British microbrand! I have looked on their website and I’m waiting for the catch £349 for a sapphire crystal watch with a seiko movement, 200m and 3 straps included! Talk about value for money!
Tudor & Omega is even include Breitling & Zenith are all just as good as Rolex at a fraction of the price. You could buy anyone of them & take a vacation with the $$ saved!
@@mtxero thanks! Do you have a link to your collection? We have very similar taste. I liked you video and I also appreciate the Steinhardt Ocean One and the Seiko Alpinist
Nice to see you from NZ. I'm in welly and have recently started collecting watches. It is an addictive hobby but i reckon i have it under control.... But I'm restricting my self to just 5 watches. They are all Seiko. The 5 berth box you have there is the one i intend to buy soon to keep all of my watches in, thanks for the video mate, a cool collection indeed!.
Enjoy your journey. 5 is a good number and you can cover a lot with that. Dress, beater, dive, sports, special. And Seiko does them all. Or make it totally your own. I try and have a one in, one out policy and don't see the point in having a large collection. I enjoy my budget watches as much as my Omega and Tudor.
Very nice watch collection. Unfortunately, even with your vintage Omega, once you have pieces like Tudor in your collection it is no longer considered affordable collection. I love your Citizen 7
That’s your opinion. His collection is affordable on balance, given the amount of Casio pieces. I have a Tudor as well & it’s my beater … bought it used. The balance of my watches are affordable… all relative & subjective.
@@cjsmith8319 I absolutely recommend it. I came back from a camping trip yesterday which is always a pleasure because I look forward to sleeping in my own bed. Putting on the Black Bay makes it feel like checking into a 4 star hotel.
I can go camping for the weekend & leave my Tudor Panda at home & w/A 70hr power reserve it'll be ready to go when I get home. Makes me feel like a million$
Great video mate! I love the strap you have you on fathers omega. Did you get that one put in separately? Can you share more info about where to find a similar one?
Very nice watch collection but I would not have called it an affordable collection. Brands like Tudor, Kuoe and Omega are not cheap compared to the other ones... 😂😂
@@rmd4209 The Kuoe model was $250 which I would call affordable. I added a sapphire crystal for slightly more. While it's not in Casio territory, it's cheaper than a Seiko 5. I realise affordable is relative and you're entitled to your opinion. Thanks for watching.
If you like the BB58, I can really recommend the new BB58 GMT, very nice watch in person. The new clasp is an amazing update and the dial looks less cropped and more elegant.
14:04 I'm from Brazil and when I saw your Technos watch I started to wonder if it is the same Technos we have here, which is a very popular brand and I always thought was a Brazilian company. I made a quick research and turns out it is the same, but once it was a Swiss company (founded there in the 1900) and their watches became very popular in Brazil and Japan, later in the 90s was acquired by the Brazilian company that used to import and assemble it here. And now it is manufactured here and became quite popular and you can find it relatively cheap. You can find them in big chain grocery stores and department stores, but also in wristwatches stores (nothing fancy or boutiques or these type of places). Yours is probably from prior to this change. Very interesting and I learned something new 😅
Thanks for sharing, but not aure what the point of this collection is? It would seem that most of your wrist time gets taken by the BB58, and I'm assuming many of them dont het worn at all.
