They understand Urdu! Urdu and Hindi stem both from the older Indian dialect "Hindustani". Urdu is Hindustani with more Persian/Arabic influence, which means it has more similar words to Pashto (main language spoken in Afghanistan) so it's easier for them to understand. Hindi has more Sanskrit words

Sufism and dargaah are Indianised way of Islam. When Islam entered in india, it got influenced by spiritualism already existed in india so it got changed and it became what you see in this video ♥️
