🌟Ingredients
•1/4cup Oil
• 3 medium size Potatoes (chopped)
• 1 large Onion (finely chopped)
•1tbsp Tomato paste (optional)
•3 medium size Tomatoes (chopped)
•1tsp Salt
•1tsp Black pepper
•7 Eggs (you can add as required)
•Sprinkle with little black pepper and salt
•3-4 whole or chopped Green chillies
•2-3tbsp Fresh Coriander
