Hello Michael thanks for your posts it has gotten back into coin collecting noodling is great fun but I guess I am impatient I have started my $1 coin collection and hand done ok by noodling but I guess I am impatient I have discovered a site that sells very good coins at good prices I purchased uncirculated Qantas $1 coins uncirculated for $25 seems like a good price to me I also purchased two uncirculated 2019 $1 coins an IRB and JC for $29 looking at buying a 2014 pair for $39 a 2014 Anzac and a 2014 Mob of roos uncirculated

You can buy both the 2023 and 2024 set on sale at Downies Collectables on sale for $74.95 for the pair you can also buy the 2023 set on sale for $39.95 and the 2024 set for $45 I picked up the 2024 set recently at Australia Post for $39

So Michael, would you lose value on your sale if you opened the tube to check if there are any coloured coins inside?

@@gothops2632 I think I mentioned in the video the price range difference for opened and unopened. Unopened tubes still have a chance of a coloured coin inside so there is potential for greater value.
