No no no, kwame Tua was steward to the whites and interpreter to the the whites also. Due to that he got such a privilege, and his ancestors from Akyem Asiakwa, and they link the Asantihene father. This was one of their privilege he got. He also acted as a soldier, and he even became the chief of Atonsu number 2. Even though he betrayed ashantis kwame Tua moulded a wooden stool covered with gold. The whites took the kwame Tua golden stool rather not the original stool. And that was back from UK during Otumfour Opoku Oare regime.
