The abundance of raw materials in many African countries has seduced African governments into focusing more on the exploitation of raw material rather than on the development of human resources through education and health care. Corruption has also reduced the amount of money available for infrastructural development. Development of human resources and the improvement of African infrastructure are two of the greatest needs in Africa at present.

I love the first woman! both as a lusty middle aged man and a dyed in the skin proud black Afrikan man. The hair, not the fake straight shit, forgive my vehemence. I hope her opinions vindicates the confidence and true beauty of the completely endowed natural beauty and strength of the black woman the mother of all black people men and women.

Man...you in the spotlight like that, you gotta get some dental work done. I can’t even concentrate on what’s being said. I’m too busy contemplating the aesthetics of it all and the possible smell. Help me out plz brother. No disrespect.
