You can make furniture from the fiber of hyacinth. It's kind of like rattan.

They have to inform the fishermen that they can also earn by harvesting & selling hyacinth to the market. In that way, they are earning while cleaning the lake & at the same time fishing is easy. Yah...it's like hitting two birds in one stone. Good for the fishermen.

Yes. We have the fishermen earning from this activity. It creates green jobs for them, and thereby improving their socio-economic livelihoods. In turn, the water body is cleaned up and the blue economy activities such as fishing are enhanced.
