I went to Swaziland and upon entering the land border the people I was traveling with had European diplomatic passports and I had a Jamaican passport. They required visas and I did not need one. I felt so proud and welcome.
*Rest in perfect peace* Pan African leader, and Tanzanian President *John Pombe Magufuli!* Africans must wake up this minute. There are forces of great darkness at work on our demise!

The issue is that it’s not as economically beneficial as building ports to export/import from richer countries. And the constant threat of a civil war prevents countries outside outside of Africa from investing and constructing railways and roads. Even the belt and road doesn’t really help connect African countries. Although it will help to increase Africa’s exports to richer countries in the Middle East and Europe, which will make African countries richer..... so more infer structure can be built to connect Africa. But the belt and road initiative is decades away from completion.
@@joshbentley2307 Chinese Belt and Road initiative is based according to Chinese needs of African resources, not African needs to develop, China should not be trusted at all. Am not a China hater but I've been there and I know them very well, they hate black people and they believe we are evil being not humans. Remember they kicked out Africans of their homes and hotels last May 2020 falsely accusing us as carriers of Covid19. They call us as Feizhou which is a bad name, this is the Chinese official name for Africa. Don't trust China.
Africans need to work in tandem simultaneously. There’s no more time to waste on who should lead the way. Since the time of Nkrumah we’ve had this discussion. The China indians, Arabs and the westerners are soft colonising Africa with their corporations, while we black people will only have a boat and a paddle to stay on in 100 years still arguing.
@@comrade9374 Why does it matter as Nigerian? His assistance will sometime be allowed in but he will be denied. His assistance is also Nigerian. Why him?
Amazing. Why should this great man of Africa was not been given a visa? ALIKO dangote is a right man he need not to ban from visa. I stand with you our noble dangote. You have contributed a lots in development of Nigeria and Africa in general. Sir I need you direct response. I'm one of your best fan. Best wishes to you.
The issue with a visa free Africa is, unlike Europe where the definition of poverty is very different from ours. You can be deemed poor in Europe yet still be able to live with free state accommodation and benefits. And most countries in the EU provide decent living standards which, with the exception of a few countries, imigration is mainly for highly skilled individuals looking for better opportunities or low skilled looking to fill gaps in countries that can provide a decent national minimum wage but they always return to their home nations because they can still survive there. However, there is no such in Africa. Most of our countries are run by tyrants, corruption rules. The divide between poor and rich is mind-blowing.. You either hustle or die. No state benefits, no housing benefits, no free health care or any help whatsoever. So if Africa was to do free movement. What would happen is an influx to the better countries like SA, Kenya etc which would not be fair. All you'd need to do is get there and never return. So until African countries and leaders take responsibility in providing decent living standards for their citizens and the AU put some kind of rules and strict standards for countries that want free movement to meet, then we cannever speak of free movement
Yes but how can the EU afford to do that for their citizens, Africa. isn't it a shame that colonial powers still control the resources in Africa and Africans dont get a dam thing, not even a slice of bread. Yall got Jesus though. smh
@@dcbb6865 This is the problem with Africans. Blame. Its not colonialism, its incompetence. Incompetent leaders and terrible governance of economy and resources. Even if no white person stepped foot in Africa. We would still be exactly where we are because of our mindset. Not sure what Jesus has to do with it.
@@Phantom-media He won't talk about African leaders who steal from Africans to invest in Europe. He would rather talk about oppression. But the Chinese and Indians were also oppressed, but their are trying their absolute best to put things right.

You need to research who the interviewer is. He is really not an interviewer in that sense. This are two african billionaires narrating their experience about the ease of doing business in the continent.
I hear you sister but! That is a very narrow way of looking at things, do you know how a baby stops from doodling in its pants, its because it learned from its elder not so young blood u r talking about. It should always be an older interviewing a young person wisdom vs wiser.
And whose fault is that? We can't make excuses no more is 2021! francophone countries are intellectually the lowest African, 2021 and yet they still have to pay france and are very loyal to france...rwanda was smart to leave! And look how successful they became since they left francophone
He’s right! It’s terrible. Africans are their own worst enemies. I know a young black entrepreneur from Ghana who is wealthy and still struggled to set up a business operation in South Africa due to visa issues. The funny thing is his business partner who is American and my friend had 3 months visa free access to South Africa while he was given 30 days to explore an African country. Why do Africans dislike each other?
Africans are not their own enemies. We have many enemies: European scavengers; repressive economic sabotage from the West among other things. We have administrative issues but to conclude that we are our own enemies, coming from someone like you is an insult. You are another kind of enemy
Part of our enemy is this kind of insinuations from you. These one liners that have no research base is part of the load of already packaged image people of your race carry around on our behalf.... just shut up
@@mikea2453 I agree, but totally disagree.... we are somehow our enemies... I have seen how in some villages, people pretend not to be wealthy for fear of them being killed....so in as much as we want to blame the white man for our problems, we cant also deny the fact that, we as a people have a long way to go

You are so WRONG. The problem with Africa is no manufacturing. Almost every African country is only a commodity exporter. Manufacturing employs people, adds value and improves the balance of payments. Until the fools who call themselves leaders and the idiots who continue to vote them in realise that, Africa is doomed to be the sink of the world!!!
I get very concerned when I hear morons talking about turning continents into countries. It’s clear to me that Africa’s problems are far to large and complex for Africans to solve.
@@bigevil1001 You're an intelligent man. These fools really want to burden themselves with other countries problems. My country and region won't be part of this.

I dont think a lot of African countries are secure enough to relax such boarder controls with their neighbouring countries. In fact speaking for Nigeria, it can be argued that we need tighter border controls
Tighter border controls to solve what? When Nigeria is the main source of voilent extremist groups in west Africa, if any thing we need a more collaborative system like the EU

@Elize Kelly Maybe you should get your own little country first to operate successfully like the U.S. before you start dragging all of Africa into it. Did you know that the U S. started with only 13 colonies?
Dangote can use his influence towards Naija being the first to offer visa on arrival and official borderless entry into the country. Naija can be the test for the policy to see how it works.

Now he rests, I urge all to pray for our beloved country and late president. God bless Africa, God bless Tanzania. God is good all the time. Amen!
He is right. Africans need to treat each other with respect. No one in this world will respect you until you start respecting each other. We are all Africans, own it. forget about your skin colors and just be African. You can be still be proud of your heritage, it is important of you but, Africa is your home now. Be one people and build your continent. Wasn't nice when South Africa host the World Cup? It was awesome even though I'm not from South Africa, it would be nice to see another African country hosting it again. No one is trying to take away your European, Arabs, Indian, Asian, Black African, or Latino heritage away from you. Don't you guys get tired of being looked down by everyone around the world. All Africans should travel within Africa with one visa. stop making your life difficult. This is why most people around the world say that Africans are stupid. In the words of the Russians President Putin, not his exact words but something like "Africans don't trust each other, but they trust foreigners, he went further to say that Africans will never be freed as long as they trust the Europeans, Asians, or the US. The Russians helped Africans for over a century. It was the Russians that gave Ethiopia weapons to defeat Italy, Cuban and Russians helped Angola to fight off the Apartheid, and many other Africans countries. It was the Russians that helped you out when you didn't have anything to defend yourself. Grow up Africans, you need to give back to the world like other nations do. Stop the habits of expecting to be given things and not contribute your share to the world. Until then, you shouldn't be asking for respect, earned respect through actions.
"Do those people causing problems in some areas of your country came through the airport? No! So... Think of that...". Sad in all ways. If only African countries officials listen to what he said...
