Hey Adrian! Nice video. I am a shell collector, I maintain a scientific collection, and I especially like all species of land and tree snails. So for me this is fascinating to watch. Yes in America it is illegal to import these awesome snails and although I would love to have the living animals to study I have to be content with collecting the shells. Do love your interesting videos! Best wishes.
Such a beauty! I love Archachatina marginata ovum. They are amazing and their round apex looks really cute. One day, I will probably get this snail species, too. I already have Achatina achatina, Lissachatina fulica, Lissachatina zanzibarica and Lissachatina immaculata Two tone. They give me so much joy and are so much fun to watch.
I love your channel. I'm really glad you're trying to learn a little more English to educate a large mass of people on these beautiful creatures. You're improving each day. Good job :)
Insects and animals are some of my most favorite things! Since i dont have enough money to keep some on my my own your videos are the next best thing! Thank you!!
I've already take care of 3 species of earth snails for like 10 years, because the first time I saw one, I became fascinated. I could be incredibly happy if I have one of those africans snails. Thanks for show us that beautiful snail
I once had a small snail accidentally fall of the ceiling of their box, and instead of landing in the soft coconut soil he landed on a shell of a larger snail and cracked his shell. Basically larger part of the front revolution/circle/whatever it's called was broken into multiple pieces. The snail survived, and eventually regrew the missing parts of the shell. I have Achatina Fulica if anyone is interested.
Hi, I’ve seen you have Spiny Flower Mantis, how do you hatch that species? I’ve had an Ootheca for over 7 weeks and it still hasn’t hatched yet:( any advice? I put it in my incubator a couple weeks ago at 82 degrees Fahrenheit and keep it around 40% humidity
I own one Achatina Fulica (I was told in the pet store that it's an Achatina Achatina) called Xavier and it's a real sweetheart. The only bad thing about these snails is that in rare cases they can self impregnate so you have to check the soil regularly for any eggs. 5-1000 eggs that can hatch as fast as a week, or as long as two months are no joke. It wasn't such a big deal because the pet store that sold him to me would take the small ones for free, but they don't sell them anymore so now I really have to be careful.
Hello can you help me, i was so excited to feed my new land snail when i accidentally feed him a vegetables that contain pesticides what do i do please help me
