Very good healthy Fufu and soup well-done. It will be more tasty and delicious and healthy if the soup is thicker. You don't have to make your soup light soup every time you are cooking soup . Thank you 😊❤
Kalabari Nigerians have being making plantain fufu for a very long time, I knew about it in primary school, my classmate brought ripe plantain fufu with soup to class. 😁

Ify, we add cassava to the plantain. Usually two parts of cassava to one part plantain. Makes it easier to mould plus there would be more fufuo for everyone. Cheers from Ghana

Why don't you add a drop of vegetable oil in the asanka to fold it or two to three drops in the pot as you stir. That's what we do when making semo or Amala while catering for people😊😊.
