@@cherylkhoja917 , thank you! I have some in my pantry. What I have is more red. I think jaggery is dried sugar cane juice. I like to put it in my tea.
Cheryl, I buy it at a local Indian store, along with a few other items I can get nowhere else. Except for the tomato paste. I can buy tomato paste anywhere, but the one I get from the Indian store is the best I’ve ever used.
