People from outside Africa thinks these people live in poverty. One camel is worth not less than $900USD but they will never sell it. They count their wealth by animals and land but they choose that life because they cannot let their animals off their life. That's who they are. They can drive any car they want or live anywhere they want but they choose their traditions and culture over everything.

This made me realize how complicated westerners make life. We make life all about the things that dont actually matter, whereas these people spend time with their children and see them grow up. The best part was when she used the sticks as the blender for the porridge. I was like "yeah life isnt that complicated"
