This is called ragi Ball in South India we healthy we people sawlow this food making small balls with mutton or chicken gravy we prepare chapati from that flour from South India BANGALORE

Hi, I am from Kerala India. We Keralite use the coconut and coconut milk in cooking daily. No curry without coconut. And raggi too our food but in liquid form we prefer. But in kannada our neighbors use it in same way as you cooked. Thanks
I am watching your vedio. I like the culture, living styles of African countries. I do watch Malawian culture and their vedios. Africa has to go a long way. After 25 years Africa will be a developed country. Gradually development is going on. Education is very vital. Road, transportation, Agricultural, good Schools, College, building etc is very important. Then food, medical facilities, clothing, Housing etc is essential. Miss dosha pls once u try meat by indian style. Take few onions cut them into slice, then make ginger garlic paste. First fry onion, when it turn brown add meat and ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, corriander powder, cumin powder, saffron and salt and fry on low flame ☺
