I am in awe of this beautiful woman. I raised 5 sons (in their 49’s and 50’s now.). I had every amenity and thought my job was tough. (All are great and wonderful stalwart men now.). I so admire this wonderful lady. Makes me realize just how easy my life was. You are an inspiration, sweet lady.

I admire women that have to work so hard to make a meal, to wash dishes, to take care of their families and manage to keep a smile. I see different videos of different countries and cultures and every where women always have it really hard!. Lovely video of family women raising their families. Her life is simple. In the US we have no freedom to live off the earth without paying a ridiculous amount. There is so much empty land in my state that could be used. And too many homeless people living worst than she is. Most Americans don’t have time to spend with their families like she does because we have to work very hard for the things that already come from the earth.

This is exactly how i was raised in the country in St. Elizabeth Jamaica. Every morning we had to milk the cow, get water from a well which was bigger than the one shown in the video here. We then had two big containers to wash the dishes. One had the soap water the other for rinsing. At four in the morning when the rooster crowed we knew day break was coming. We got up at six and threw corn or rice on the ground for the chickens to eat. We never had electricity or gas. We cooked outside and had to go to the bushes to get firewood. So many similarities it is unbelievable hence when i visited Kenya last year I felt at home. Could say more. Great video

You have a new subscriber! I found your channel this morning, I often tell my fellow American Africans that if they want a true African experience, they need to visit the village and be with the people.
Since i was a small child, there has always been organizations asking for donations to 'Aid Africa'. I am now 60yrs old. This means there should have been so many billions gifted to Africa that there is no excuse good enough for these people not to have running water and sanitation and decent housing, food, and clothing. Shame on those organizations and governments who play on the hearts of generous people in order that they can steal from them and lie about their 'cause'. It truly sickens me to see all these thousands of 'non-profits' who never do what they claim to exist for.
It brought back my memories from my childhood. I used live with my grandma and the situation was slightly better then this, a bigger and brick house and separated area for animals is the only difference.

And here I am AFRAID to be home and do what I’m called to do and what is needed. Be a homemaker! I think over the years of being a single mom for so long my heart felt “harden” because I didn’t want to “parent alone” on top of trying to become a “wife” to each of my kids fathers. Then I get some aniexty about leaving “work” to be a stay at home mom , because I don’t want to get behind in bills. Im going to keep doing my youtube videos in hopes that I’ll earn funds to support my kids and I while home. I’m so glad I came across this video. God is really AMAZING, I’ve been recommended so many videos but this really change my outlook on life and that I must give my self grace but also not be LAZY or dislike everyday living. I swear to God.. It's the same all over. I'm in Minnesota and it's-2 degrees in December. It's 1.25am and I just finished the dishes. I go to bed and I'm watching someone across the globe wash dishes. Ugh.. lol
