It's not about state capture although that hastened the breakdown of most infrastructure in South africa but it started on 27 April 1994 when the anc and their racial policies and practices and indoctrination of the masses against the superior intellectual citizens, even when previously disadvantaged people's saw the light they were mummmed and told they are siding with the privileged...... So ramaphosa and the anc can say what they want....apartheid proved that excluding certain people from the economy and industries leads to failure but the anc simply reaplied the same policies as the old government....bloody hell...
SA Gov are not in a position or power to tel other Countries what to do or not to do in their Countries, for instance Israel, mind your own bussiness Cyrill🫵
