I love the smoothness in the one woman's dancing but i also love the footwork the woman in purple did. I also love the way it was like they were throwing magic under her feet.
@@Tik46 lmfao that's such a stupid comment imo, but it's your take on the matter. To me the smaller girl had better variation of moves which was more entertaining. But I'm a pleb with no dance background so my opinion don't matter much.
Skin colour is like hair colour...so many shades. Even if you let the "woke" aspect beside it is easier to describe by clothing :D But yes i really appreciate that as well
When I see this type of moments it touches my soul. If the world can only related to the beauty and talent we all have . Everything around us could move in motion. Beautiful job ladies. ♥️♥️♥️♥️😘💯
Tell me about it, I'm so emotional over what's happening around the world right now, I always come to dancing vids as they always lift me up, but here I am crying!!! Wishing the world could stop the crap and just love each other!!!
I’m really not tryna be Rasict but she killed it for a Caucasian child , the black girl did Ight but personally I felt the other girl should of won . 🤷🏽♀️
This ain’t about race it’s about dance. I couldn’t agree more with you about who should have won. Guess this is what happens when we focus on colour in a dance competition.
white girl had more umph... but black girl was hitting her moves smoothly... i would say it was a tie...right choice by the judge...crowd was riding hard
Ico Jewels Pretty Nails...and why not? The Chinese work ten times harder to do the shit they do...Japanese, Indians, etc...y'all think that because the preponderance of people with direct African lineage have "rythym", that no one else does? Didn't "all life" start in what is now know as Africa (how that equates to dancing I'll never know, but let's go with it). So, if you want to keep it racial then Orientals are smarter than Black people and should feel upset as you if their kid loses a science competition to a Black kid (I'm sure some would really feel this way, but they would be as wrong as you are).
You could tell the crowd was already in favor of the girl in purple. However the girl in the black was taking to the house effortlessly. In my Latin Shakira voice , " Hips don't lie"
White girl definitely had more crowd. Blacks needing white acceptance. Black people love giving culture away to whites. Her white skin was an advantage.
@@whothatniggaonthatnag3510 they're not giving their culture away they're sharing it with people do you understand that? Why always bring race and skin colour can we not just enjoy each others presence?
Girl in the blue killed it! It was so natural.dancing is my calling it's probably the only thing I can do so right .I should make a dance step to a song , get some me time ,I haven't done that in years,I'm just always randomly dancing🤭🤣🤣
Lionchildmusic purple girl just has a master mind with dance. There are some really good people like Parris Goebel who can whip out a solid piece at the top of her head , in the moment. Other girl was bomb also..
both great dancers but here's how u tell the winner, who showed more styles that stack to afrobeats/dance? there's your answer. great job though ladies
Personally I think purple won it. She was fresh and creative. She danced liked she wanted to win and was competing. I hope she continues to dance and goes further with it.
@ sophie erza😆😆😆!you "seem" to be a little too SENSITIVE sis!😂😂I was ONLY referring to "DANCE"! NOT NECESSARILY "AFRICAN CULTURE "IN IT'S ENTIRETY! The video is about "DANCING"!😯Furthermore, YOU DON'T KNOW ME! nor DO YOU "KNOW" WHAT TYPE OR HOW MUCH "KNOWLEDGE "I MAY HAVE ON ANYTHING!😆😆 "YOU SEEM" like a person that keep a lot of nonsense flowing! "KNOW UOUR LEDGE" sis & be easy!
I love both of their ENERGY'S They going POWER move for power move HOW CAN YOU JUDGE THIS I LOVE IT I LOVE I CANT SAY NOTHING.MORE I LOVE THEY BOTH WON I WATCH THIS 5XS DRAW
The white girl killed it. Her rythym and moves were uncharacteristic and smooth. A black person dancing to Afrobeat should go above and beyond before s/he can win. "She is black in white skin." Lol.. I love the diversity in today's generation.
Philip Adjapong No, she’s white. Black people are good for more than just dancing, give us some credit and give her some credit too ... black with white skin, why is that a compliment? No one would dare call Misty Copeland white with black skin because she’s a primary ballerina cause that would be effed up! You need to broaden your horizons
*You ignorant fu**, dance is of the movement of the body to the music. Has nothing to do with your color. As black, white, Hispanic, etc. within their own races there are good and bad dancers. So that shuts down your racist comment.*
Philip, there's nothing DIVERSE about White people attempting to master Black Music and Dance. And thanks to RU-vid, and Black People's willingness to share and demonstrate EVERYTHING, it has only gotten EASIER for them to do so!
Drella it’s not about welcoming shit. They both can dance. Black people just don’t get enough recognition. If a black person and a white person dunk the same, who do you think will get more praise? If they both can jump high or run fast, who do you think will get the most praise? Right, the white person. Even if a white and black person both can dance (like in this video) who got praised? The white person. The world just ignores what black people do and give credits to other people doing the exact same thing. Yet at the same time saying “we’re all equal” (and that nobody is better than the other person) well if we’re all equal how come we’re not praising everyone equally?! Maybe you can explain (waiting).
it may look like a black v white thing in your perspective (cause when you look at the broader picture, you are more right than wrong), i will also concede that it may very well be the case here HOWEVER, just as it may be as you say on this micro case, it may be as i say. To me its fine cause for example, Someone that can speak your language and you know can speak your language Vs someone who shouldn't be able to speak your language or you know are not likely to speak your language, speak your language.... Who would you be more impressed by? It could have been according to my example, it could also be that they are bias because she is their friend or part of their team while the black girl came alone or has no team to hype her up. Look, it may also very well be they all know themselves and the other girl was fine role-playing the big obstacle the underdog had to overcome. It could also be that they don't like the black girl for some reasons off screen but the other girl is nicer. Anything INCLUDING how you see it might be the case. If you don't know exactly why it happened that way but only make an inference as to why it happened so it can be a trigger to your activism and sensitivity that you are pressed by.... id say you are free to but you cant force people to see it as your perspective being the only way to see it. I share some of your sentiments on the macro scale. And i can also see it from your perspective if you look at it from your way if i wanted to but personally, my first feeling was more akin to my example. they may just be very welcoming and appreciative of "an other" who is participating in their culture or scene. Please don't just jump and say this shows inferiority complex of black people when a white person adopts their culture or some shit like that. It exists yes i know but some times its not that, it might just be genuine that they are appreciating an outsider who wants to take part. Just like how Some Asians appreciate foreigners in their cultural wear or how you appreciate (an outsider don't have to be white could be black) for putting in effort to speak your language or understand your customs.
Lady in the purple won. She was way more battle ready. Other lady was smooth, but didn't bring the battle funk. Lady in purple reminded me of a classic b-girl battler. So good.
And that's the thing....we want it to be as African as possible....the girl in purple danced well... but from my POV I wasn't seeing much of that from her...there is a smoothness in which the dancer transitions into the next move that usually looks authentic...n not rehearsed...
Not gonna lie babygirl in the purple was GOOD but looks very rehearsed. The other girl can naturally dance but idk i think purple may have taken the win🤷🏽
That's cause I'm pretty sure it was rehearsed look most black people are automatically in tune with our movements while a big number of Caucasians study train and learn to dance.blk people are naturally good dancers it's in our DNA
Yyyyyyoooooooooo this was too hard to choose! That White girl with the on point isolation she did in the second go around. Phenomenal! Black girl was fluid and unique in her use of the floor. I do think she got a bit nervous till the end.
PURPLE GIRL JUST MURDER IT, BLACK OR NOT JUST A KILL OFF... MUSIC MOVES ATTITUDE SHE WAS IN IT.... WAAAAAIIIII !!! thank girl i just pass by and you made my day
white girl looked like she was trying her hardest to remember her robotic steps shes basically kept doing the same thing over and over and the sister had that black girl swag and made it look easy.
Way I see it is there both great dancers, one is more of a natural dancer the other is more practised and rehearsed. Weather you can dance naturally or have to train hard and practise shouldnt take away from the fact that bother girls killed it! 🔥🔥
The white girl beat her hands down, the moves weren't repetitive while the latter had the same moves on repeat but in the end it's all about enjoying a show ♥️ But even tho it was a tie, you know your the winner, when the whole crowd is cheering for you
They were both awesome. I feel like the crowd was so excited cuz they had no expectation for the one in purple, but they had suuuper high expectations for the other one so they were analyzing everything. And we can't really blame them either lol
