Same type of lock is used in Japan. It probably wont get stolen in Japan though because every bike is registered and they have police constantly scanning bikes registrations.
In Nigeria he would have a hundred car escorts, a waiting presidential jet to fly him to the closest airport to his hometown, civic receptions, special church/mosque prayers, newly constructed residences, speeches , more speeches and eulogies.....and after a day or two, likely be flown abroad for medical check ups and follow ups with his clandestine bankers. All for helping to run down his country and people.
I seriously feel sorry for the people of India. They have the greatest potentital to become the next global superpower, yet I can't say the same to the ones running it.

Yup, probably propaganda. On this particular occasion. However, he's been verifiably known to just do this on a daily basis for years on end. Security people? No doubt. But in a city like The Hague it still is the fastest way around.

The person in Netherlands with a higher threat profile is the far right leader Geert wilders, he is the most protected person in the country.
Not at all. You obviously know nothing about small countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark… Ministers travel by train or bike day in day out with little or no protection. Mark Rutte was known for biking to work on a daily basis, like everyone in the Netherlands. Educate yourself about the Benelux countries rather than posting crap.
