If you’re going to do videos on this topic I find it awfully convenient that you left out the fact that the reason why Mac Culkins testimony was so crucial at Michael Jackson’s 2005 trial is because witnesses for the prosecution testified that they had seen Michael abusing Mac Culkin at Neverland Valley Ranch. These same employees had lost a multi million dollar lawsuit that they filed against Michael Jackson. Then you’ve got the same person who they claimed was molested coming in on the witness stand saying he was NEVER abused. Gavin Arvizos case should have never gone to trial in the first place. It was laughed out of court. The prosecution couldn’t even get Michael Jackson on a misdemeanor count of supplying children with alcohol after it was revealed the Arvizo children were found sneaking into Michael Jackson’s wine cellar and drinking wine when Michael wasn’t even at the property. Did you know the prosecution also changed the dates of the alleged abuse in the 2005 trial case after it was revealed Michael Jackson had an alibi for the dates in question and the Arvizos were seen on a video recording after the abuse was alleged to have happened praising Michael? But of course all of these facts were left out of your video

The second case was laughed out of the courtroom and the prosecution couldn’t even get Michael Jackson on supplying alcohol to a minor and don’t even get me started on Wade and James reality show that has been going on for a decade now and has been thrown out multiple times. James Safechuck literally claims he was assaulted in the Neverland train station that didn’t even exist until years after he says the abuse ended. I’ve been researching these cases for 15 years. All evidence points to Michael Jackson’s innocence in every case

I am sorry but no adult is " friends" with a child. Hollywood parents seem to do what is necessary to project their child to stardom. A Kindergarten teacher I knew said it all. It has become popular for the teachers in her school to refer to their students as " friends" she did not. When a child in her class asked her why she leaned in and said;" I don't need any 5 year old friends, I am your teacher, the children sitting on the carpet with you are your friends." All that needs to be said.
If it wasn't true about the Abuse there wouldn't have been a settlement, because the child was able to describe certain markings on his body that only could be seen without clothes in the genital area.

In a ruling that went against michael jacksons constitutional rights it was ruled that the civil trial would go first. Who would fight for a CRIMINAL TRIAL to go first if they knew they had done something wrong??? Michael was forced into settlement by his insurance company and lawyers on the grounds of negligence. In the settlement document Michael jackson admitted to no wrong doing and they all signed the document. Signing the settlement meant that if the case went to criminal trial that the accuser wouldn't know whatever defense Michael jackson and his legal team were going to present and thus change their stories. After the Chandlers got the money they took it and ran. That was all they were interested in. Meanwhile two grand juries were going ahead for Michael jackson in both Santa Barbra and Los Angeles. The grand jury saw everything including the private part pictures of Michael jackson. Michael's mother was asked at the grand jury whether he had had any cosmetic procedures done to his privates so that they wouldn't match. Jordan chandler had described Michael as being circumcised while his autopsy report revealed that he was uncircumcised. Some match huh. Both grand juries refused to indict Michael jackson and no criminal charges were filed. The Santa Barbra district attorney Tom sneddon got so angry that a law was made saying that a criminal trial had to go ahead of a civil one in California. Which is incredibly ironic because if Michael jacksons legal team has gotten that exact same thing of a criminal trial going first instead of a civil one there never would have been a settlement. You can't even get the settlement figure right. The settlement was for 18 million dollars. After the case Jordan chandler legally emancipated himself from his parents. When his mother testified at Michael jacksons 2005 trial she said that she hadn't spoken to her son in over a decade. Jordan was asked to testify at Michael jacksons 2005 trial by the fbi and he refused to do so. He also defended Michael jackson throughout the 2005 trial and said Michael would never do the things he was accused of and is best friends with Michael jackson fans How people like you can regurgitate provably false stuff in 2024 when the truth is easily accessible is beyond me

I don't know what to believe, I think both things could be true @ the same time. I hink there could have been abuse to some & not others. Because I want TRUE victims to get their voice heard, I'd hate to see someone just falsely acuse someone. It makes ppl assume abuse victims lie when there is false reporting. But because he was such a big name & gad money I know sadly it could have been false. We will never know for sure if he actually harmed anyone, but I believe the ppl that say they weren't harmed as well

His lawyers were fighting for the CRIMINAL case to go ahead of a civil one but the judge handling the case ruled against them and decided the civil case would go first. How many people do you know that have a crime that have fought for a criminal trial to go first??? Probably not as many since then either because the DA of Santa Barbra got a law passed which explicitly stated that a criminal case MUST go ahead of a civil one. Which is ironic when that is exactly what Michael jacksons lawyers were fighting for in the first place. It's why the 2003 accuser and his family weren't allowed to file a civil claim against michael jackson when they went to see THE EXACT SAME civil attorney that the Chandlers used. Don't you think that it's incredibly convenient that both accusers went to see the same civil attorney and therapist in Larry Feldman and Stan Katz? The agreement the Chandlers signed at no time prevented them from cooperating with law enforcement or courts even AFTER it was signed. Which is how Jordan Chandlers mother was able to testify on behalf of the prosecution at the trial in 2005. They just weren't interested in cooperating further after they got the $$$. For the record when the case against michael jackson was being built in the 2000s the fbi went to see Jordan Chandler to see if he would testify on behalf of the prosecution and Jordan chandler told them he had no interest in testifying and that he would fight any attempt to try to force him to do so. He's actually fled the country on multiple occasions so that the people who were going to trial against michael jackson in 2005 or against the estate with Wade and James currently wouldn't be able to find him. Wade and James actually have a restraining order taken out against them by Jordan Chandlers half sister and ex partner by the way due to harassment when they were trying to find Jordan chandler to get him to testify for their cases against the michael jackson estate. When Jordan Chandlers mother testified in the 2005 trial as I mentioned previously she stated that she hadn't spoken to Jordan in over a decade. Jordan literally legally emancipated himself from his parents after the settlement against michael jackson. If Michael jacksons lawyers had been granted their stay to the civil trial in 1993 there would NEVER have been a settlement. Even after the settlement agreement was reached two grand juries met and heard evidence against michael jackson. Media reported at the time that michael Jacksons mother was asked at the grand jury whether michael had had any cosmetic procedures done to his private parts to make sure that it wasn't a match to Jordan Chandlers description. Evan Chandler, Jordan’s father, came to see him and told Michael that if he didn’t get a certain amount of money he was going to go to the press claiming that Michael Jackson had molested his son. As Evan’s brother Ray Chandler wrote in his book about the case “if Michael Jackson had paid the money when he was first told to pay it Michael Jackson may have spent the rest of his life as the worlds most famous entertainer rather than the worlds most famous child molester.” Michael Jackson was refusing to pay. If someone came to you and you had molested someone and were being told “give us this money and we won’t make the allegations public?” And you were worth hundreds of millions of dollars wouldn’t you pay the money you were told to be paying to make it go away? Michael wanted to fight it in the legal way. Even as far as undergoing a strip search where they took photos of his private parts. It was only after the judge denied his lawyers application to stay the civil case until after the criminal trial that a settlement was paid. Therefore this meant that Michaels defense wouldn’t be known to his accusers so that he could win the civil case but then the accusers change their story once they knew what his defense was or his alibis. Which literally ended up happening in the 2003-2005 case. Did you know that the dates of the alleged molestation literally CHANGED? It was at first stated that the abuse happened before the Martin Bashir documentary but once it was discovered Michael Jackson had an alibi and that there was a video tape out there of the Arvizo family praising Michael Jackson that was taped AFTER the Bashir documentary the dates of alleged molestation changed to AFTER the Bashir documentary. The timeline in the 2005 case is the most ridiculous part of the case. The prosecutors wanted people to believe that Michael Jackson, who up to this point hadn’t abused Gavin, had the Bashir documentary air around the world, sees the world in an uproar and calling for an investigation into him, a literal DCFS case is filed and investigated and THAT is the time when Michael Jackson decides he’s going to molest Gavin.
