I think stripping the AFK player is the ultimate move! Take bit of their shit and them being stripped and tied up is a insta indication of what has happen to them. It really is the ultimate fair play move to pull. They’ll appreciate being alive and figure thats the priced paid for being caught AFK!

Just flicking thru a few of your videos...only clicked this one to say I 100% agree with your title..had a go on some reeeeally OP modded servers & they're not only the opposite of what I bought dayz for pve & pvp..I was fully geared in a spawn town after looting 6 houses (milly clothing, crazy vest I've ever seen, shirts with 60 slots, bags with 150)..all I can say is there's a server for all sorts..but they're like a different game...maybe they may aswel buy arma? anyway thanks for all you do for our community matey...(I'm a nerd😉)..aka Small_zee 😊

namalsk is definitely the best dayz map. The real problem with dayz is the fact that there's literally nothing to do but pvp. The toxic zones added a bit of an objective but they need to add things that will make players stop and maybe consider trading or talking with other players rather than just find a gun and kos. in the games current state there's literally no reason to not just shoot people and take their stuff other than just wanting to be a hero type player. bring back the hero/bandit system, add skills that only certain character builds can have so maybe if you wanna build a base and get a car running you have to have a carpenter and an auto mechanic. there are plenty of changes they could add that would make player interactions more diverse, tired of every update just having new guns that the game doesn't even need. let the mod community add guns, we need more optimization.

I've reverted back to Spaggies, pretty much the only community vanilla servers around (public servers suck IMO). I like the modded servers, but finding one that doesn't have 1000 mods is hard these days. There are a lot that make it far too easy to gear up (traders), have WAY too many guns spawning (or conversely having far to little), or have stupid vehicle mods like Mustangs, GTR's, BMWs, and crap like that. I like to do mild RP, but the only good one I've found is probably DayZUnderground, but soloing is a bitch, and pretty much a waste of time as you'll probably die in a day or so. Then there are other RP servers that are a little too much "kumbaya", and you can't fart on another player without breaking some rule. I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for, but all I know is none of them are fitting the bill, and I don't like "putting up with" some mods just to have the ones I feel fit in the apocalypse.
