drew likes clare, I knew it, they would be a very cute couple, they balance eachother out and drew seem to care about her, idk I just don't see eclare lasting long and honestly I don't want to see it, I am fed up
“But he has feelings for Claire though?” “Yeah”. Ohhhhh. It’s crazy bc I think the only girls Drew genuinely cared for as a friend and romantically was Bianca and Claire. I actually liked Clew, it just wasn’t the right timing and got complicated.
If Clew happens, I don't see them being more than a fling. They're not compatible at all. Fun can only get yo so far in a relationship. Yes he cares about her, but it's possible for him to care about her in a friendly way. I don't see a couple like Drew and Clare making it in the long run. Opposites attract but you also need similarities to balance you out. The only thing Clare and Drew have in common is student counsel and Adam. Their relationship would be mainly physical and lack everything intellectual which is what Clare's character stands for. I feel the writers are trying too hard with Clew and it feels forced and very unnatural to me. I understand why people may ship them, but I'm just not feeling it.
I can't stand the thought of Clare and Drew together. I think they work much better as friends. I don't think Degrassi needs to put every straight male and female who interact together in a relationship. They have potential to be cute, but it feels too forced to me. I'm not feeling it at all. I think right now Drew and Clare should just be friends and that's it.
