Just hearing that you went through all the same stuff as me, makes me feel not so alone. Sometimes it's hard for me to explain to people, even the ones I care most about, what I'm going through.
Having h. pylori wreak havoc on your system for so long, other health problems can remain. Healing the gut further is necessary. Stomach acids, complete digestive enzymes, proteolytic enzymes, broad spectrum probiotics (soil based best) might be necessary. Like you said, can't lean on the pills forever but can really help reboot. Changing diet afterwards, homemade probiotics (fermented cabbage and veg) ... look up ways to increase stomach acid, digestive enzymes, pancreatic enzymes, and probiotics naturally.
Found you I saw a few vids u did you helped me so much I caught it 2017-2016 pain free now for months if not almost a entire year but a few bumps in the road but basically back to my normal self thanks brother
The best way to face a panic attack isn’t running fro the room, u gotta stay and when ur mind start telling shit like, you r dying, call the ambulance, run , all that is bullshit and lies.u have to stay strong and say I’m a fucking lion and I won’t leave this room , the fear has to go first, anxiety is a joke !!!!!
i can (testify) that (MANUKA HONEY) works. See in live in the Caribbean trinidad & tobago to be exact, and we can't bring or import honey. i Baugh a bottle on my last u.s trip (factor 16) and everything stopped immediately. but i ran out and some of the symptoms came back. and my next trip to the u.s is in February so i will have to stick it out. this time i'm going to get like 5 bottles. how ever i have mastic gum so I'm on that right now. BUT I MUST SAY YOUR A BLESSING SIR MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU SIR.
Thanks so much the video! I have h pylori too and am terrified of the antibiotics. I still cannot believe antibiotics are the only way to kill this....The feeling of dying is pretty often to me. I need to start all these natural things. H pylori has caused me to eat very few foods. Anxiety, mood swings, etc I get them all.
i have h-pylori over 3 years now. i have been trying to get rid of it 2 years now. i tried the triple shit but i could not go the corse the side effects where crazy. i have since tried the manuka honey witch cut down the pain in the chest to 0 but I'm running out and all the pain is coming back. i did not follow good eating habits witch i feel is my down fall. i'm going to do it proper this time HELP ME THE PAIN FEELS LIKE HEART ATTACKS AND MY ENERGY LEVEL IS ZERO HELP....
Damn really sorry to hear. All the basic info you might need can be seen/read here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5-xhw9o3e1w.html Beyond that, I'd say really stick the diet and supplements and it should work wonders. Especially get MASTIC GUM it will really help protect your stomach lining from the damage h-pylori is trying to cause.
Anyone here feels like their food get stuck by chest area? I completed the treatment but still unable to eat properly because i feel so bloated and often have difficulty breathing after eating. Anybody used Slippery elm? What Brand of Manuka honey, mastic gum etc would you recommend. Thank you.
I didn't suffer from h-pylori long before I started treating it, but I did have some chest pains, anxiety, vomiting, bad bowel movements, sleeplessness or super vivid nightmares when I slept....among other things. H-pylori can cause many different symptoms, but if you start a proper diet and supplement plan, you will notice improvements fast. Hang in there!
Yes, I thought it was chest problems, I had an X Ray done and it came back clear then they tested for h pylori. So don't worry, it is the top of your stomach which can feel like your lungs 👍
been testing positive 4 times in a roll. I'm on pills 4 times a day and I feel like I'm dying. I'm scared :( I really hope I get better because I have 2 little girls.
had a colonoscopy and endoscopy I think that's how you say it ha cuz I been bleeding a lot. everything came out good no cancer in stomach. but the colonoscopy results are in and they want to talk to me about it. the hpolri isnt and going away . on 4 meds now. my doc said I might just have the h-pylori that doesn't go away which I don't know what that means later down the road 😥
Thanks for your Infos. I've been walked the same way of suffering like you. For me it began in the age of 10 and went along my life. In the age of 50 I've figured out that H-Pylory was the cause of my suffering. Blackcorn oil and oregano oil and vitamin A helped very well and all my symptoms disappeard. H-pylory causes a strong vitamin B12 deficiency that triggers anxiety. Plz check your Vit A level to get rid of all that negative stuff
Hi TNF Cause.. Thanks for your video helping out people to know more about h.pylori , me myself I have all these symptoms and problems that you just mentioned. Can you please tell us little bit about your diet e.g what to eat and what not and recipes have u tried coz I'm alone and I have completely no idea what to cook . Thanks
How bad was your allergies after I already had sinus allergies problems and now it’s even worse like my throat feels funny (dysphasia) I read up it can be long term affects after having h pylori but it’s just off and on allergies feel like a burning pressure feeling in sinuses it fluctuates from throat to nose
did you or anyone here experienxe head pressure, stiff neck, back and darkish vision even post-treatment? how long did it last? why does it happen and how to treat it?
Ahsan Azam I took them two months ago and I’m struggling with the side effects of this I feel so sick. And now I have allergies. How did You make your allergies go away and how long did it take?
Me too I started throwing up feeling sick no apetite i could feel my heart beat in my stomach loosing weight did the 14 day antibiotics the h pylori damaged my kidneys i been drinking so much water and gatorade the doctor said i can reverse the damage kidney i go back to doctor july 10 have blood drawn i am praying it is gone.
Hang in there I. am praying for complete healing for both of us God will not leave us or forsake us. Drink alot of water gatorade and hot green tea with no sugar..
It did! Unfortunately everything was a learning process, with "regular life" happening everyday, and I didn't make myself my focus....so everything took way, way longer than it should've. Not being able to digest efficiently and the shift of balance in the microbiome can really throw off one's normal functional state! I believe supplementing with vitamin c and Magnesium (Magnesium L-Threonate if possible) really helped with my anxiety/restlessness. Also, if you eat/can handle eating meat, a shift to substituting with turkey also seemed to help as well. Avoiding triggers/over-stimulating activities and situations for awhile would also be a good idea. I avoided alcohol and marijuana for periods as well, as my body/mind couldn't handle the more dramatic serotonin shifts and over toxicity. Giving the body the appropriate time with the right environment is really key to expediting a full recovery.
@@richard9380 damn bro...that video is like de ja vu. The retest after treatment, ppis, certain supplements, etc is critical to be sure that you've cleared the HP. So many people have never been given a follow up retest request from their doctor...sorry it happened to you as well. Kudos on the diet modification, as it will for sure assist in a having a successful treatment. Hopefully you're done/almost done with treatment and feeling better. Just take your time with recovery and listen to your body, slowly reintroduce small portions of questionable consumables at a time, and I'm sure you'll be able to get back to a somewhat"regular life" sooner than you think. And by somewhat regular, I mean how it's always been a little bit different for me after (in a good way) now being able to be conscious and notice just how much all types of environmental stimulants and food, or our true overall diet, can effect and influence so much of our consciousness and lives.
Hey thanks for sharing. I had h pylori since march 28th. I took triple therapy and yesterday took a test and it was " not detected ". I took a breath and blood test. Iam going for endoscopy next week. Iam still having stomach pain, loss of appetite, and acid reflux. Is this normal? Did u have the same symptoms after testing negative? If so what did u take ?
@@vincentvega3747 got rid of h pylori but still have acid reflux or gastritis. Iam waiting to get surgery for acid reflux. H pylori really messed me up.
hi there, I am suffering from h pylori from last one year and I feel like hell. I now started taking Mastic gum and Dgl from just 3 days. and really it very xpensive.I feel better but my question for u once the reports come negative will my life will be normal as it was earlier..or this strange feeling will remain with me through out my life .. please reply asap
The strange feelinga can go away, but you'll probably have to self diagnose and treat accordingly. Candida and H pylori seem to go hand-in-hand and I never really got rid of my anxiety until I believe I was finally rid of candida or at least balance myself out to where the candida was not causing so much damage.
TMF cause hi there, sorry for late as I had xams of law...well what is candida all about...I heard this first time from u. I searched on Google n I found symptoms are quite smilliar...please xplian me properly what is candida n what test required in it.. symptoms also...please help
@@TMFcause this is what i am dealing with,i tried so many candida diets, low carb, nothing helped the candida came right back, i know because of the white tounge and fungus Nail on my feet. Did u take anything for the candida ore did u just treat h pylori and took enzynes ,probiotics and the candida balanced itself out naturally? I know this is an old video, but really helpfull
@@gigafia5358 I actually tried a bunch of things for the candida overgrowth, but what worked best were these supplements (in addition to diet) oil of oregano with higher levels of carvacrol, black walnut husks, caprylic acid, cinnamon, turmeric, and NAC. After great progress I stupidly made some fumbles, but a few ACV enemas really cleared me out but I only question how it might effect the other microbes, so be careful there.
I was just diagnosed with h pylori. The anxiety and panic was killing me. Just started my antibiotics but I'm preparing for after, I smoke marijuana as well and sativa's don't work or me either. I go more for a high CBD low THC herb. Anyways thank you for your video.
Good job guy 👍👍 I have h pylori too which I used Matula Tea to treat it but am having like a little pain under my chin is it part of h pylori healing or what but before I started using the remedy I have the pain . My question now is does h pylori has a connection with the throat region? So as not to be panic . 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I’m negative but I’m still suffering it’s been five months six I’m till have heart palpitation I have gastritis tried everything but it’s not working I lose a lot of weight I don’t know what to do 😭
Your not alone bro the hell I'm going through and went through after the antiobtics I pray nobody goes through it. I just wana add and I hope it helps always have probiotics when your Taking this shit medication of antibiotics because it destroys your gut if your immune system is weak your doomed. Your right about wheat and gluten and certain allergens after h pylori.
@tolemchang7403 2008-2010 with HP...recovered quickly once I focused on recovery. More, much better vids coming soon! (Hopefully by end of year a series)
@tolemchang7403 inflammation, disruption to the microbiome, and nutritional imbalances/inefficiencies/deficiencies. Getting on an anti-inflammatory diet and supplementation to achieve high to full intake of all required daily nutrients (careful with ones that might thin the blood if you have other issue) can drastically expedite the recovery process. But before all that, I'd make sure I correctly retested and actually are HP- in the first place, as many doctors don't advise waiting to be off PPIs for at least 2 weeks, and to also avoid other supplements that can effect the retesting as well.
+samuel simms with 500mg, we took it 3 times daily. 1 pill in the morning, 1 mid day and one before bed. Best taken on an empty stomach. No side effects from either the mastic gum or the manuka honey.
+TMF cause (TMF cause) thanks bro I haven't been tested, due to financial issues at the moment, but researching my symptoms has led me to believe this is def the culprit, I believe it's in a mild stage, but I just wanna be normal again really appreciate u making this video!
+samuel simms You're welcome & best of luck. Get tested asap! If negative, you might want to check out more info on candida, SIBO, or other parasites. Hang in there!
hi sir, i been suffering this problem years. also stammering. it all started with taking so much stress, first started stammering, difficulty in speaking and then after 1,2 years my stomach began disturbed.whenever i speak it stretched my stomach and triangulate it both getting worse and worse with time. i know both are interlinked can you help me out solving this shit and which one is related to other. i mean my h-pylori (1.2 positive) is due to stammering or my stammering is due to h-pylori
Thanks, but I wouldn't say lucky as much as a stubborn SOB lol. I did the triple therapy once, it failed. Being naive and not really educated on anything related to HP and reading too much clickbait on antibiotics, I tried to go "natural" and stupidly tried Matula Tea. Failed x2 and had the threaten with blasting on social media and suing to get the money back guarantee. Finally, I decided to use common sense and read up on HP, and then go on a restricted diet and throw everything at it that was potentially low risk and high reward (from researching online). Long story short, now I admin a rather large group on FB trying to help others with the same issues. You can find what I did here at the group related website everythinghpylori.com/proven-natural-cures and also join the group from the link on the homepage. Hope that helps! Stay proactive...anything is possible with all the info and tools to eradicate. I promise you.
Ps mine would be Shawn's regimen...but really I think getting treated with the triple or quadruple therapy without added supplements or an HP diet to increase the odds of eradication is a not so good idea. Docs really gotta catch up on that. Also, retesting correctly is key, as well as post HP healing.
+Joshua Daniel As soon as I was retested for h-pylori and came up positive again (and was feeling worse than ever) I realized I should probably go the natural route. I read horror stories of people who had tried the antibiotics and failed (the scariest one was from an actual EMT), so there was some trial and error. After I wasted much $$$ on some matual tea, my more sensible self finally came up with the best idea to hit them from all angles. Or I guess the short answer would be about 6 months. Had I had the info sooner, I would have did it immediately after testing positive. The longer you have h-pylori, the greater the risk of further damage to your health.
At first look for the natural, holistic remedies. Usually the picture is much more complicated that the one single positive test. Avoid antibiotics at any cost because the harm is very long lasting and works like chain of events that never ends.
The antibiotics get rid of the bug but leave u with the bad after math, which the doctors don’t tell u about. It wipes out the good bacteria in your gut as well and can give u other problems if u don’t heal your gut properly. While taking the antibiotics take a pill form probiotic and yogurt to keep the good bacteria in and as well as aloe Vera juice to heal any damage from bug or the after math of antibiotics. Even after treatment u will feel bloated sometimes constipated, pretty much your whole digestive system is jacked up and is gonna need time for healing
