We’ve lost 2; one a heart attack at age 26 just as he was about to graduate Georgetown with two advanced degrees. The other son finished his Bachelor of Science in Rome and came home a different person. I won’t list all the things he put our family through, but his diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia sent our son careening. He vanished Nov. 18, 2019 near Philadelphia and no one has heard from him since. He was a talented guitarist, band member, editor, potter, and mason. The remaining 4 children (late 30’s to 45) can’t seem to get over it. For us, every photo is missing them.

Of course all of us females couldn’t take our eyes off Robert! What a great bio that emphasizes what a top class actor he is. Robert is also a wonderful humanitarian. In summary, Robert is the real deal, the whole package. I sure wish I could meet this outstanding man. He has and will remain one of my favorites from ‘whenever’ as a much younger girl first laying eyes on him, I absolutely adored him! I watch his movies over and over. To Robert; best wishes and I hope you are with us for a really long time. 💕

Mrs H 🇬🇧 .. Millions suffer the loss of they children & Robert is no different, However losing one is traumatizing but 2 ... The overwhelming grief I simply can't imagine or process... How many parents that lose one child struggle?? BUT 2 ??.. How would you stay sane cos I don't know ... Parents die before they children..The other way round has got to be emotionally crippling...💔😪

A long time friend of mine lost her son a month ago: He'd been a state trooper. Died of a heart attack. Worse was twelve years ago her daughter had died-- her son's sister. She does have a daughter from her second marriage but she only texts me as she still can't talk about losing two of her grown children. Heart breaking.

In 'The Way We Were', Barbara Streisand was a great actor and Robert Redford was strikingly good looking. So there's a contrast between the two in acting and looks.
