According to Shanghai Eye (with video evidence), Putin visited the drone factory in St Petersburg on Thursday and made plans with its management to 10X it's capacity to produce 1.4 million drones in the year 2024 alone. He ordered that multiple configurations of guidance and control be implemented including AI, fiber optic and telecommand.
