Seems like the people who are the most depressed look the most happy but really have something else going on. Tiko my guy you, you think that this is a good way not to stress moon but really shes hurting as much as you, seeing her still posting you guys tells me a lot. You guys need eachother man. Go find, do and be what makes you happy, healthy, have peace of mind. No matter what anyone says, no explanation is owed, except to yourself and those you love. Do your best to be honest with yourself and try to leave behind no regrets. Sometimes you have to have a regret or two. Make amends and do what you can for others, help, teach, mentor and guide. The closer to truth you get the harder it may be but it will be the closest you come to perfect peace should you travel that road. And yes brother, it is worth it. Stay strong for not just yourself but for all that is greater.

I wonder if youre depressed cause moons family and your commitment to them made you miserable over the years. You seem tired of that life, so depression on top of that or not. I saw a comment saying moon told ppl you didnt love her anymore, not enough to continue. I know you need to love yourself before giving healthy love to someone, but thats mostly from the start.
When you are married tiko you take a vow to love each other through thick and thin better or for worst. You do not give up your marriage over things that you can work out. But if you don't try and save your marriage there will be someone else eventually that will. So I don't know if this is your first marriage but those vows are there for a reason. If you love moon don't give up . Money is not an important reason to give up what you both built together. So many people would love to have a bond that you both have but not only are you quitting your marriage over petty stuff but your also giving up on yourself you may not see it both it's affecting both of you cant fool people that have been in a marriage. It may bite you in the long run.

High blood pressure is ☹. Normal blood pressure is 😄. And check thyroid. Do those two checks before you let a shrink give you a diagnosis that will ruin your life in way more ways than one. I'm just calling it moods, because don't waste life in sorrow, happiness is a state of mind. I followed an influencer that was in a not so good mood. Don't make that meat steak.😊🙃
Leaving the ones you love when you’re mentally ill is the worst thing you could possibly do. If the mental illness is caused by someone treating you badly, then that’s different, but if you’ve become depressed and you’re suffering then don’t shut people out. They want to be there for you, it’s all in your head that you’re “doing them a favour”, in reality they want to help and go through it with you so you don’t feel so alone. It’s never too much when you love someone, and people tend to get better when they have that support and most of all ACCEPT THE SUPPORT! Self loathing, self punishment and self pity will only make it worse. I know it’s hard, but for once maybe you should accept that you may not always know what’s good for you and sometimes you may have to take the advice from your family and your doctor. Maybe a therapist has suggested time a part, sometimes this works, but a lot of the time I find therapist only say this as it’s a view of theirs that “you need to find who your are, without anyone else”, but that’s isn’t a cure for depression, soul searching maybe, but for clinical depression, that won’t help one bit, in fact that’s the worst advice a therapist could possibly give to someone (unless they are in an abusive relationship).
Sometimes we have to just stop and take care of ourselves. Not being selfish rude obnoxious or anything of that nature. Just realizing that you have things that you have to take care of that are you . Before things go way out of bounds or out in the field as they say. And I think it's really sad when other people don't realize that. So you do you. Put back the the puzzle and be a stronger person. And as far as these media people go the fans or whatever, bullet what they have to say be water on a duck's back and let that s*** roll right off. Because at the end of the day nobody knows you better than you. Stay the cool person you are. I like you call me a fan whatever just for being honest.

Moon put up with his bullshit and humiliation long enough. I rather emerge myself into someone's culture than being constantly making fun of and being humiliated at every opportunity. Not a good person especially from a husband that's supposed to love and care for you. Poor moon is angry and resentful but she's at peace now with her family and having clean fun.
