Spend 2-5-10 mins whatever u can do (she has a sweet spot suggested in a video of about 2 mins or so just being still and thinking positive good thoughts consistently that she talks about as a method I think Neville used.) Honestly the creator has compiled a pretty extensive and easy to follow layout in perfection. Not to be salesy but play her videos. You’ll figure out what to do to get where you need to be. I played one of her videos. And then RU-vid (the universe) sent me a few that were just synchronicity. Her “how a metaphysician manifested before Neville Goddard” or something like that…was where I started. Now backtracking through what feels right to me and starting her content also at the beginning. I did watch a few over and over. I think that also helped me get into a mood of being able to kind of vibe w someone and listen as Is it were a convo and less and instruction. There’s a lot of historical and imp info she goes over tbh that make a lot of random things click. It’s like. A course lol. Try it when you have a min to just play this instead of scrolling ❤️ it’s really fun. And you’ll feel great too 😊 🤷🏻♀️ Good luck! Xoxo

Some people have no foundation to start from a place of feeling safe and good and well being. If you can’t change until you feel good, how do you change TO feel good? Not everyone had good roots *at all* there are people who’ve been raised since before they had language to believe that they exist for others or that life is nothing but pain, and home isn’t always safe… none of this would be remotely reassuring to them…
Manifestation is like planting seeds in the garden of the universe! I've learned that nurturing those seeds with daily rituals like morning affirmations, gratitude walks in nature, and moonlight manifestations has yielded beautiful blooms of abundance after you take pineal xt it just make it 10x more effortless and seamless to me personally!! i recommend it 100% if you have been struggling..
thank you for all the book suggestions, they look really interesting and worth looking into :) I'd also like to recommend/add The Art and Practice of Loving by Frank Andrews. it's not about manifestation per se but I think a lot of the lessons/practices are very helpful for getting into a manifestation mindset, or the "state of wellbeing" - it teaches about mindfulness, gratitude/appreciation, positivity and patience, but also about how certain commonly held beliefs limit our capacity to love. he uses the word "love" in a much bigger context than romance, too, extending it e. g. to observations in nature, a cup of tea, or fleeting encounters. I really like coming back to it to remind myself of all these things.

I’ve brought amazing things into my life when I’m in an upward spiral. While in a state of depression I experienced a lot of hardships, and it was hard to change. I turned to prayer more. Put my faith in God for healing. I was able to visualize help coming into my life and it showed up. I’ve healed so much. Now I’m attracting more money and joy into my life. For anyone facing mental illness challenges you just need a spark of hope. God is always working for your greatest good.

1. Prerequisite #1 - Cultivate Well-Being - If you don't feel good, you aren't going to have the motivation to push through. Your emotions also aren't enslaved to anything which opens you up to receiving the opportunities that are necessary to achieve your goals. 2. Feel your preferred reality - This means to figure out how you'd feel if you achieved your preferred reality. 3. Your spirit can be viewed as the roots, and the leaves are your emotions. As long as the roots are healthy, your leaves (happiness) will sprout again. Alternatively, your identity can be viewed as the roots and the leaves can be viewed as your physical circumstances. If your circumstances aren't in alignment with what you want, then you need to redefine yourself (If you are an oak tree, you'll have to become a maple tree in order to grow maple leaves). 4. Prerequisite #3 - Repetition - Establish habit of feeling your desired reality until it becomes your identified and spiritual reality - Common ways to do this including visualization and affirmations.

Another great book is Biocentrism by Robert Lanza hes a scientist who talks about how consciousness must have come before matter. Instead of consciousness appearing out of nowhere in a world of matter.
Thank you for doing all the legwork of reading and comparing so many books. I like your distillation of the precepts; however, one point of disagreement I have is, the universe, being complete and all-knowing, would not have ANY trouble picking up on one's visualizations as well as feelings. That 's the whole point of visualizing: they are half of the blueprint. But feelings definitely work faster.
“Wellness is a state of openness, of ease, of trust, of detachment.” That hit hard after questioning what it means to be physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially well or healthy as CDC vaguely defines.
