My routine is come home and immediately get into my pajamas get a snack and a soda and watch RU-vid or play video games and do nothing related to school. Then eat dinner and watch tv with my family and then go to bed between 9 and 10 cause I’m always tired lol
@@simp4anything2dits decrease in body temperature after cold showers that causes you to be sleepy. Try 2-3min Ice-cold bath, that shock will raise ur body temperature immediately
@@Randomhuman72 ?? This is recommended by dr andrew huberman and several scientific studies. 2-3 minutes of cold shower wont kill you unless you have hypothermia
Its really bad to not sleep if you are tired, after working for hours in school/college you are very tired, and your brain has worked alot, your brain needs to reset and have some rest, so obviously after school you can take 1/half an hour sleep. You can set alarm to wake up but if you are tired after school/work you must sleep, and sleeping late is never a good habit it may damage our productivity and health alot!
Thnkuuu this was much needed I am so sleepy after school and ends up sleeping till 7 in the evening and then again go to sleep at 11 so I guess I will use this method now
Bottle opening tip: firmly grasp the neck of the fizzy pop with ur left hand and place the back of spoon handle on the flat curved area between ur thumb and index finger (like the webbing area). Than seat under the cap, and as ur lifitng the spoon with right hand apply upward preassure with that left hand. Make sure bottle is on table as u do this.
Omg between classes I barely have time to do homework and sleep... If only anyone told me that I won't have life other than study before applying for university
Welp mine is I come back at 3:00pm or 3:30pm Then bath After that i get ready Then i leave for my tution Then i have to stay 1hour 30min there(4:00pm-5:30pm) Then i reach my home at 5:45pm or 5:50pm Then ofc I freshen up again then sometimes i have some functions so i have to change my clothes again (not always but 50/50) The day i dont go to any function i just rest a watch mobile At 8:00pm its time to study 11:00pm time for dinner 12:00pm-1:30an or 2:00am its time to study Then i sleep at 1:30am or 2:00am Then i have to wake up at 6:00am (Anddd the day i have exams either I don't sleep or i only sleep for 1-2 hours )
The fact that you remember your schedule clearly while running on 3 hours sleep to none everyday, proves that you’re actually bluffing. I don’t believe you
Btw not sleeping enough not only is awful for brain development, skin, growth, cells regeneration, but it can actually cause a level of brain damage and shorten lifespan, if you are serious about school and growth, stop lying for once and go to bed earlier
@@Noa-g1exi ain't lying bro it's common in my place and the grade i am in i should actually study this much and as well as i have to study for the next grades (so i won't face any problem in next grade) It's not like I like this it's just my parents want me to score good grades and i am a slow learner they don't understand so I have to change cuz I have no choice And it's true that it will affect me and it did but my parents still don't understand me And it's not only me many school students face this
Watching this I remembered, My friend was preparing for IIT and he couldn't qualify and now he is studying at Oxford. Moral of the story: you can get admission to the best institution in the world and still you aren't worthy to be called an iitian. . Someone said it right, if you have money don't waste time on jee prep.
nobody asked but this is my 2024 after school routine (i do online school) 2:30 • quick workout (5 minutes) 2:45 • homework 3:45 • free time 4:00 • shower 4:20 • 5 minutes to clean my room a little 4:25 • facetime my friends 6:00 • make some dinner 6:30 • homework again 😒 7:00 • 15-20 minute workout 7:30 ish • facetime friends **again** 9:00 • watch tv FINALLY… 10:00 • skincare 10:15 • go to bed
My rountine is get home, Drink a glass of water or my remaining water in my water bottle then I go shower and change my cloths to something normal like a shirt and shorts then i do my missing work, dinner then get ready for bed at 8:30pm
How about people who get out of home at 6:40 and get back at barely 5? It’s so tiring I’m so done and I just have no energy after coming back for doing anything even eating… no matter how I try to drink caffeine to boost my energy I just can’t even think right
