Ok the man had a good wife and family and he throw it away for a trashy mistress but before the wife move on with her life with a better man she is still wanting to hang around the cheater who betrayed her and her child and allowed the shameless mistress to disrespect the wife every chance she got!! So if the writer make this wife go back to his type of one what are they trying to say to us woman that even though our men will cheat humiliate us and throw us out like trash we should still cling on and just wait until he sees our value and take us back! I swear the writers of these Chinese dramas are all sexist women-haters. They seem to love torturing women in every possible way. This loser ex-husband decides to go back to his good wife NOT because he loves her. He just wants someone who takes care of his mother, does all the housekeeping, and caters to him--in other words, a doormat.
We all know exactly how this drama will end. It is the same script over and over! Virtue is punished and cheating is glorified. The grass is never greener on the other side!
