This makes me furious! What is going on is elder abuse. My father had dementia and my mother took such good care of him. She would never have done this to him parading him all over the place. Sadly our media has been hiding the FACT that he has some form of dementia. Please look up the videos that our news media has purposely not shown him many times falling, shaking hands with the air with no person in sight, wondering around with foreign people taking him by the hand and directing him to come back, his weak voice is NOT a cold but dementia. He shuffles now, he stares in space, he leaves his mouth hanging open. This is elder abuse at its finest and it is so cruel. All of you people in the news media hiding this should be ashamed of yourself. Our adversaries know what is going on and it puts every American citizen in danger. This should make everyone furious that the government and the news media knew he had dementia when he ran. Stop covering up Biden’s lies. He tells the same ones over and over and there is plenty of truth. They hid Hunter Biden’s crimes and all of the money the Biden family got from foreign governments. You don’t own multiple million dollar homes on a senator’s salary. All of this info is in the public domaine and in congressional hearings. Stop the lies with the biggest one being he is fit to be President. He needs to be removed immediately and it is a lie he has done a great job. We are in a mess with illegals freely entering our country, prices have doubled on many things, corruption in our justice system, we are in 2 major wars. Open your eyes!!

The guy is 81. And, if he had a cold, it wasn't that surprising he didn't perform well. Yeah, the debate was important, but it was just one day. Take some antihistamines and see how you feel. I'm 65, but even at 50 if I had taken a benadryl and some cough syrup and had to stand up and debate, I would have been like a deer staring into headlights.

I'm disappointed, but not surprised. His excellent State of the Union speech was prepared by a speechwriter and read from a teleprompter. He seldom takes questions, and usually has a list of reporters' questions and an answer card. He prepared for this debate for a WEEK at Camp David. There were no surprise topics, and Trump was Trump. I blame the DNC for not holding him to his promise to be a one-term transition President.

Presidential Debates lost their significance when the internet took off. I’m 71. When all we had were newspapers and television to hear our news, debates help launch candidates and gave America a chance to hear what the candidates goals were. Now we don’t need to continue this platform because we hear from these candidates every day. I don’t care for all the jokes flying about President Joe Biden’s age. I stand behind stating, just you wait until you reach my age and President Biden’s age. Just you wait and see how you stand up. Remember RESPECT THE TRUTH, RESPECT THE TRUTH SAYER!

I don't know but the thought of the Democratic delegates and super delegates choosing a candidate to replace Biden doesn't seem like a bad idea. They would at least be able to make an informed decision, and once they're backing one person, it wouldn't be hard to get the rest of the Democrats on board. No Democrat wants Trump to win. We'd vote for a broken wheel instead of Trump. Hence, Biden on the ticket!

Unfortunately, at the debate Rump played the same "cards" he always plays: lying, not answering questions, etc.! Most people are smart enough to know that Rump is an egotist who isn't smart enough to realize his lies are stupid and obvious. Sadly, while all of this is obvious, Joe Biden needed to make a good appearance at this debate and he didn't. While I do feel, Joe has been a good president, I worry about his age and where he is intellectually right now! I am willing to give him another chance if they schedule another debate soon!

Last night was an embarrassing time to be an American. We have two candidates who, for different reasons, are obviously unfit to be President. I'm a lifelong US Democrat who voted for Biden in 2020 and think that he had a very good first term. That said, It's clear from the debate that Joe is rapidly deteriorating mentally and physically. Biden must step aside and allow the Democratic convention to select a nominee to replace him. Sadly, it's time to take away the keys.
