The pain is excruciating, yet he remains cheerful and friendly. He’s such a cutie. It’s a good thing he was found by those who love him and cared enough to help him. Bless you all, and bring a big box for all his toys when you take him to his loving home. Cruelty is unacceptable, the prior vet should have his license taken away. He can be tracked by the numbers on the plate and pin he put in improperly. Incompetence cannot be tolerated by the veterinary licensing department. This baby almost lost his leg and possibly his life.
